Best used car buying experience ever

Great experience. Not what I would expect to write about used car buying but this business is different. NO pressure, no pushing. Just go there look around see a car you are interested in and ask to test drive. No problem. Not much to haggle about prices are already low. Free CarFax reports on ALL vehicles, review what you're looking at before you buy. Decide on a vehicle? They will help you take it home. They answer your questions. I'll be back and will tell everyone I know.

Best used car buying experience ever

Great experience. Not what I would expect to write about used car buying but this business is different. NO pressure, no pushing. Just go there look around see a car you are interested in and ask to test drive. No problem. Not much to haggle about prices are already low. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY

Sells vehicles that need major work. When pressed to fix, they try to say they are losing money and can only fix x,y and not the x, y, and z that need fixed. Then after you drive off you find a week later that minor items begin to stop working like wipers, heated/cooled seats, and so on. Overpriced, you will be upside down on your loan as soon as you drive off the lot. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Horrible,clueless,dishonest,ripoff,

Would not buy a vehicle from here half the vehicle have been wrecked with salvage titles way over priced Sold me a truck for 15k the first 3 months of having it I was able to drive for maybe 2 weeks other than that it sat in different shops would have to get towed from the side of the road multiple time blown turbo shutting off wiring issues etc mechanic said someone had jipsy rigged the wiring didn’t even no how it runs no dealer wants to give me more than 2k trade in I don’t even want to know how much money I’ve had to spend to be able to drive the truck it’s absolutely sickening think about it Greg will promise you all this stuff that will never go through with it he’s all about himself doesn’t care about anything else BBB need to shut him down cause if you buy a vehicle from him your getting screwed over one way or another that’s a promise

Greg (the owner) is clueless, sloppy, dishonest

Greg (the owner) ultimately gave us the run of the mill. Did absolutely nothing after selling me a faulty warranty. Had no clue my truck (which he sold to me after his salesman offered me a lower price and they argued about it publicly.... AWKWARD!!) had a 6” lift (to his credit he admitted to) and sold me a warranty for a 4” lift. After initially posting a negative review for Greg’s cluelessness, he said he would work with us if I took my review down - which I did even though that’s not how you do business. Over a month later without my truck, and making us tow it to a different mechanic, he does nothing. There’s a lot more condemning information I’m withholding from posting publicly out of respect for Greg’s small business (but my patience is running dry). Greg, before you incoherently respond to my review like you did on Facebook or threaten me to take this down again... a couple things.... 1. You’re correct - I don’t want to sign a warranty refund. I know this is incredibly difficult for you to comprehend, but I would like warranty coverage on my truck (the good part that actually works ya know?) and I’m not willing to sacrifice that. 2. You did offer me headlights back in May 2018.... that I never asked for nor want after you and your salesman argued about the price of my truck (a difference of about $550 in total). Consider it a donation. 3. You blamed this situation on me using the cliche “sometimes the problem isn’t the dealer”. Nice... but can you explain to me how I am in the wrong here? I didn’t sell myself the faulty warranty - YOU DID. Without that “oopsies” we wouldn’t be in this boat. It started with you and you were capable of fixing it. “Sometimes the dealer is clueless”.

RAPTOR

Applied for financing online. Emailed Chane all the paperwork he needed. I came in early evening and all documents were ready to be signed and the truck was ready for a test drive when I arrived. Time spent in the office was easily 1/8th of the time I spent in Honda in Avon when I financed our previous vehicle.

great service for a horrible buy

test drove a truck, my first diesel,the heat didnt really get hot noticed it was a lil smokey, white smoke,, i ask point blank if it was an issue was told NO, ITS A COLD DAY TAKES FOREVER TO WARM UP A DIESEL AN SMOKE WAS COMING FROM ALL EXHAUST IT WAS A COLD DAY, so brought a truck drove it 3 days over heated, turns out injectors are burnt up all pistons were not firing properly and motor needs extensive work. took it to 2 different places to be looked at, both said same issues were wrong, only differences were labor prices. just saying ..BUYER BEWARE EVEN ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTION DOESN'T MEAN YOU'LL GET THE TRUE ANSWER.....

Absolute terrible service.

Called a day before for an inquiry for a vehicle. Said I as coming to see it at a certain time. Called and let them know I was on my way to look at it again and they said they sold it 15 min ago. Terrible service. If an appointment is set up for a vehicle you should not sell it out from under someone.

Great experience

This place was wonderful. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Didnt try to sell something I didnt want. I gave them my budget and they really worked with me to not go over it. Quality of the vehicles were great.

great customer service

I was looking at a hummer h2 and I explained to the dealership I wqs traveling 400 miles to come get it. They went to great lengths to make sure I reviewed the vehicle from every angle. They took additional photos...They zoomed in on little corks if the car...They offered to shoot a video...They answered almost 100 questions. They are as honest as can be and invest a lot of time to earn your business. It turned out that I went with a different vehicle somewhere else (just in better shape) and they still thanked me for considering their vehicle. Brent was the salesman and you can definitely shop here with confidence. Thank you for all your help.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

I have shopped for many cars and truck in my life, and this was by far the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. Their Trucks were Top Notch and priced fairly. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
