I think all customers realize that there are going to be hiccups with every car deal that's made. I decided two weeks ago to trade my 2022 GMC Sierra for a 2025 Kia Soul. This is the second Soul I have owned and I am convinced it is one of the best automobiles on the road today. I had very specific instructions for Cody, my Sales Associate. Cody got to work and in a few hours let me know he had found exactly the car I was interested in. So, we did the deal. The car arrived last Saturday and I picked it up. I was approximately one mile away from the dealership when I discovered that the one detail I had insisted on was not correct. I contacted Cody immediately and he said he would call the manager. Cody assured me he would correct the issue. I received a call on Monday morning and was asked to return the car to the dealership for the issue to be resolved. Wednesday afternoon, Cody called and said my car was ready and exactly like I wanted it. Cody was right, I am extremely happy with the deal. Jimmy Williams and staff lied to me. Had a verbal agreement in place and they sold the car to someone else. Jimmy wanted me to give $2500 non refundable deposit without looking at the car. After agreeing on the price I let the dealership know I hired a company to do an inspection on the car. The next day they sold it, for more money I have no doubt!

I purchased a 2024 Kia K5 last year & once I seen the new 2025 Kia K5 I’ve been literally dying to get one!! I reached out to Sam Clark because he came highly recommended through my cousins he helped BOTH of them with purchasing new vehicles. From the beginning Sam was very welcoming, he kept me up to date with the inventory so I would know when it was time to come on down to the dealership. He is indeed SAM THE MAN, omg it didn’t take weeks for an approval within hours of being on site I was approved for my brand new Kia K5. Being given the run around previously with other dealership he made this process so smooth & easy for me. Unbelievable he is definitely a GREAT salesman & I will be sending ALL MY people to him!! After visiting a previous dealership who pressured us, Orr Kia was a breath of fresh air. Our sales person was Marquis Perry. My son and I were shopping for a used replacement vehicle for his that was totaled. He greeted us with a pleasant smile and asked what we were looking for. We gave him the preamiteres of what we wanted. He pulled up one car but it wasn't what we wanted. He ended up pulling up all of the cars in our range before we found what we wanted. The cars were clean and well cared for. The car we liked was still in warranty. I came back the next day with my husband for him to test drive it. We decided this was the car. During the whole process, Mr. Perry was awesome! I really enjoyed working with the Orr Kia staff. Today, my son walked away with an awesome vehicle, and our appreciation of the Orr Kia staff.

Third time using Orr Kia of Bossier. Wonderful all three times. Deah is terrific spending time to ensure I got what I wanted in the Telluride. Service dept is great too. I enjoy the experience of car buying with this dealership.
