Excellent service

On Thursday I looked at and bought a new car all in one day. It was a very satisfying experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped out of the car. This is my 5th car in life and this was the best experience yet. Dwanye was helpful, friendly and able to move the process along very quickly so that I was able to drive home in a new car that day. I will be recommending Destination Kia to all my friends and colleagues as the place to buy a new car. I am having a wonderful time driving my new car and it started the moment I stepped on the lot. Can't say enough good things about the experience.

Women taken advantage of here

I was pressured into buying a Kia Soul when I went in looking for a lease. I was told by the manager that I could come back in the Spring and they would put me into a lease. When I did go back in April they were very uncooperative and it was apparent to me that they really ripped me off. Don't go into Destination Kia alone if you are a woman. They can't be trusted.

Great Experience!

Just got my car yesterday. I have been buying cars since the 70's. My last 4 cars have have been new. I have leased my last 3 cars. My wonderful experience began with the gracious greeting from Stephanie.Truly phenomenal lady. It started my experience off the right way. Naomi and Will were exceptional too! No pressure. Would Recommend to EVERYONE!!!!

Walked into Destination Kia interested in making a deal, and did they ever make it happen! The best leasing experience I have ever had. Overall customer service was remarkable and friendly. Nick, the gentleman I dealt with is a pleasure to work with, not pushy... and has your best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend Destination Kia to anybody!! The only complaint is that I was told I would get a car wash with every oil change but didn't get one this time or the last time.

A great Capital buying experience

We found the car we wanted. Over the past year or so, my wife and I decided to research what new cars may fit our requirements to replace a 10 year old Toy----. Our 10 year old car has given us great service, but that company and it's design staff with it's new models did not appeal to us. After reading reviews, talking to very satisfied customers that have purchased Kia's, and looking at all the new models at the Syracuse auto show, well you guessed it, the Kia Optima, for us came out on top ! The next step of course was finding a dealer with the model, color and options we wanted. Thanks again for the internet, the only dealer that had what we wanted at the time we wanted to purchase was DESTINATION KIA. So off goes a request for a quote for the car they have in stock. With the help of Shaun Collins and Anthony Liguori, they made the deal happen. And we did most of it over the PHONE ! Upon arriving at the dealership ( a bit of construction going on in the showroom ) and an hour or so later, we took delivery of our brand new Kia Optima. We got what I believe was a great lease arrangement, and the car in my opinion is really sharp. So for anyone reading this review, give DESTINATION KIA a try. My wife and I want to thank you, the dealer, for all the legwork up front and behind the scenes for making our lease a smooth transaction. I would also like to thank Kia Motors of America, making the decision to build these cars in the USA. So now all we have to do, as we are in our mid 60's, is learn all the new bells and whistles, as it is like stepping out of a stagecoach into a supercar !!! Well maybe not quite a stagecoach. Thanks again for the great experience and keep up the good work ! Give DESTINATION KIA a try for your next new or used car purchase.

Service Appointment

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sean explained the different service needs at the different mileages to me. This was useful to me as it was my first new vehicle I have bought. The wait time was reasonable even though there was a lot of construction going on. There was sales staff that held conversations while I was waiting for my vehicle to be complete which was a great way to pass the time and they were all very friendly. I recommend this dealership and service

Never thought I would own one >Such a surprise.

My wife and I stopped in after reading a lease ad. As most of us know all about the fine print. There was NONE. We did a quick trade in on our 11 year old Elantra. Mark was a pleasure.,he even sought out a color we wanted. He found a car the just came off the truck and it wasn't even in stock yet. We went up and at 530 in the afternoon and was out with the car by 900 PM. The dealership was super busy and many people were being helped to. Mark advised us that he was going to make a delivery on another sale he did. He kept us informed during the process. We felt well taken care of. The dealership even brought in pizza and burgers since it was dinner time. Such a great thought. Car delivered very clean and ready for my wife. The old saying happy wife happy life.

Nice to have explanations!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sean explained why the tire rotation was necessary in detail and also gave details on additional recommended services. The wait time was reasonable and the staff was engaging in conversation with all of us in the waiting room, which was refreshing. It was great to get a free car wash at the end too!

Service

I was waited on right as I walked in the door. I asked how long the oil change and rotating of tires would take and was told 45 minutes. I think it took less than that. Very pleased. Would be happier if they would include the rotating of tires as part of the oil change like Midas and Jiffy Lube do.
