I bought my 2025 Kia K5 in December of 2024. My salesman was Shawn LeBlanc and he has been nothing but wonderful. He is very helpful, reaches out, and is incredibly personable and seems to remember those he sells a car to.

my 2022 kia ev6 with extended warranty was towed from
my 2022 kia ev6 with extended warranty was towed from camden me to bangor was told it was a recall issue with no time date on repair was told 2 weeks ago there are no loaners available nor would they let me know when one would be . my warranty states i would have a loaner if extended time {2 wks has passed} i am still without any transportation depending on others to drive me. this is not an acceptable situation have spoken with several of darlings staff which seem uninformed and said they would call be back still waiting and it seems to be up to myself to research my options

I purchased my 2025 Sorento 11/22/24.
I purchased my 2025 Sorento 11/22/24. My salesman, Carl Dagnese, was awesome. He informed me that he was sending a gift card for Thanksgiving as I purchased a vehicle from Darling’s. I tried calling and texting him a couple of times because I had questions concerning my car. I never did receive a gift card. Never heard from anyone in your dealership. Previously, I had purchased 3 other Kia’s from Van Sickle. They were a wonderful dealership.

I have bought two Kia from Van Sickle and have always had
I have bought two Kia from Van Sickle and have always had great service and customer service was awesome every time I had a question or needing explanation about my Kia now here we are Darlings Kia wow the poor service I have had since I found out I needed a wheel bearing and a sensor I had it diagnosed than I called my warranty company to see how I can get the process going to get it fixed in the last three weeks I have been in contact with three people and I think I was a manager I have asked three different times to see if Darling Kia has sent over the information that the warranty company wanted I was told the first time yea they sent it over just waiting on warranty company to get back to Darling Kia that was a big xxxxing lie the second time I called my warranty company said that Darling Kia has not seen them anything so the warranty company said that they would ask them for the information again third time I called I called my warranty company and again still no information I called Darling Kia and ask the if they would call my warranty company gave them my warranty company's phone number and gave Darling Kia one more chance to get them to make it right I said to the manager so I expect to hear from you on Friday. Friday has now past. So to me they don't want any business that makes the service team to work I would love to know what their mechanics are trained for I won't buy an other vehicle there again just watch out people they don't like work other than changing tires and doing oil changes
