mustang people all our life.still have 66 fastback my wife of 40 years and I dated in back in the day! All of the staff made us feel like family when they sold us the 2004 mach one.Honest and dependable. would highly recommend.

We live in Cookeville, TN, so it was quite a leap of faith driving to Frankfort, KY to look at a car. Were it not for the amazing reviews of SA and what appeared to be an amazing car, we wouldn't have. First, it was great that they have a policy that, once you let them know you're on the road to see a car, they will hold it for you. We didn't anticipate losing the hour crossing into Eastern time .. they seem to be farther west than us ... so we were cutting it close getting there on a Friday afternoon before closing .. they said "drive safely, we'll be here". The car was just what we wanted (won't go into that here but suffice it to say, it's the little old lady drove it to church unicorn of cars). Brad stuck firm on their price .. I pulled out my best stuff .. good cop / bad cop ... may have teared up a little .. but he wasn't having it and with good nature, held firm. The car was worth it and we all new it. We did all the paperwork in a jiffy with a sweet gal who didn't seem to mind that we here holding her after hours on a Friday afternoon. One of the owners came out to thank us for our business and we left wearing Select Auto ball caps in our convertible Miata. This is like my 45th car and I have to say, possibly the best purchasing experience ever.

I bought my first car from them and they were awesome. I had been shopping for months for the car I bought. Everywhere I went sales staff was either rude or, at best, apathetic when it came to dealing with. Select was nothing but kind. The first time I went in I told the saleswoman that I wasnt ready to buy today, and that I was starting the process of looking. She was still excited to help me and answered all of my questions and concerns about the type of car I was looking for. They looked at my trade and offered me the most out of anyone - at the time, some dealers didnt even want my trade. In a few months when I was ready to trade, Select made the process easier than I could've imagined. I still bring my Kizashi there for service and their service department is just as good as their sales. I never let anyone else touch my car.

I hate dealing with dealerships but this experience wasn't painful at all. Becky was very helpful and friendly and a major reason that my transaction was pleasurable. Everything went really smooth and i was in and out the door in about 90 minutes. They only have quality automobiles on the lot. If i ever need to buy another car i will be back.

We knew we needed to purchase another vehicle after totalling the one we bought from SA three years ago. So, we went back to SA because they had it all the first time; great customer service, great selection of vehicles, a great trustworthy staff. Our sales person, Becky made shopping so easy and on a hot day, she was so gracious and patient, waiting for us to talk through our options and make our decision. Becky laid out all of the inventory that was in our price range and gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time. There were a few things that we just had to have on our vehicle and the SA team made it happen with no problems and that means a lot to us and we walked away feeling great about our experience once again. As we were signing the finance papers, I noticed my husband looking at all the awards on the walls and I hope that SA continues to be blessed in their successes and I know for sure we will continue to be repeat customers as long as they are there. I recommend that if anyone is looking to purchase a vechicle, to go find Becky and the team at SA because, they really have the whole package! I have purchased 3 cars from Select in the last two years and have been delighted with their customre service and finance department. All of our sales staff have been more than helpful and this last time I purchased a car was under emergancy circumstances. I explained what type of car I needed and my sales person had the car ready for the test drive and already detailed. The finance department is the best I have ever experienced in my 40 years of purchasing cars. I would recommend this dealership for anyone seeking low-pressured sales reps. and helpful financing. Also, with my other cars the service department has been ourstanding.

We have purchased six vehicles from Select over the years and ALL repairs done with them. We have never been disappointed. Larry, Dan, Brad and Rachelle are the BEST. We would never buy anywhere else.

We went to dealership just to test drive a Suzuki SX4 after doing research online. I started to panic when there were no cars on the lot. Then we realized that the one-day Commonwealth Credit Union Car Sales Event was going on and all of the inventory had been taken there. We drove the car and Dan made the whole process so easy that we ended up buying the car that day! And I have no regrets. I love my little crossover. I went back to the dealership on Monday to finalize everything and everyone was so nice. The service manager made a point to introduce himself to me. It was just a great car buying experience.

We purchased a used car from Select back around Thanksgiving, our 4th purchase from them and the first used car. There were 4 vehicles we were considering and our salesman offered the features of each without pressuring us into one specific car, one of which was new. 5 months later, we are very happy with our purchase.
