The customer experience was sub par. I was told more than once my car was done and being returned to me. I waited for two hours at my house for my car. Set the proper expectation up front, and I have no problem waiting. Don’t tell me one thing then do another.

My daughter brought her 2021 Hyundai Kona for a warranty repair. She was told that she should have the air filter replaced before the tech even looked at it even though she had just had the oil changed at another dealership and the filter was fine. He finally showed her the filter and it was fine so she declined to have it replaced and he still charged her $40 just to take it out to show it to her! He also never gave her a clear answer on if the warranty work was actually done on her vehicle or not.

Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Morries got me in same day vs. a month out (normal dealer) and charged less for the same service. Even washed Ms vacuumed my car. Great experience!

Went in for a scheduled oil change and it took almost two...

Went in for a scheduled oil change and it took almost two hours, get in my car and go over the paperwork and they put the wrong oil in the car. Had to go back in and have them drain and refill it with the correct FULL SYNTHETIC oil.

Normally I try and avoid bringing my car in usually but this dealership is the best! They are super friendly. They helped me out in a very understanding way. They go beyond to make sure everything is correct.
