When I walked in, I felt more than welcomed. I was greeted with the most precious smiles, beverages and also a snack. I was in and out, there was not a long wait. The dealer, Ms. Monique Martin, explained everything so perfectly. She also took her time and offered a great deal. She kept a smile the entire time and also was very patient. I would send everyone to her. I definitely would rate her communication skills and customer service/help a 10... or higher!

I was kept informed of progress. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Coffee and water is provided for customers.

Prompt courteous service work done in a timely manner,updates given as to how the service was coming along.Brakes were not done at this time but I was informed about the condition of the brakes to let me know there was some wearing on the and in the future I mat need to have them serviced.

I love that we were taken care of as a person and not like a number. You have to go to Ms. Martin She amazing.

Things went smoothly, did not wait long, people seemed to know their jobs! No problems at all! I am a reg customer.

It was fast and painless. The guys in service were nice, funny, and even gave me a heads up on a few things to plan ahead for as far as maintenance (brakes, etc)

I was able to get a car. My note is pretty high but I have a car which was the most important thing to me. Employees were OK as well

The whole experience was excellent ..I was in and out in about an hour so I have nothing to complain about.. Keep Up the great work..

I was impressed with how fast my car was serviced. I had an oil change and tires rotated and was given a complementary car wash.
