Finally, buying a car doesn’t have to suck!

Finally, buying a car doesn’t have to suck! Honda of the desert was amazing!!! Our sales rep John was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in, and also very patient with us. Each question was answered easily and thoroughly. The Sales Manager Michael was helpful and went through all the numbers clearly. Finally, the Finance guy Loius was efficient and explained things clearly with all the paperwork. Price of my vehicle was fair and they were not interesred in being scammy. The focus was on helping the customer. It is a welcome change after working with other dealships. Love my car, exactly what I wanted and the overall experience was very positive.

This dealership is so shady.

This dealership is so shady. They claim they modified the vehicles to mark up the price. A vehicle we looked at happened to not have their “mark up” sticker, so we pointed it out. Our sales rep said, we could just use it as a negotiating tool since it’s not on there. I questioned why they were up-charging customers for FACTORY installed tint. Our rep said, we can install a ceramic tint and that was an extra cost. I am almost 100% certain that every vehicle they added that ceramic tint up charge, wasn’t actually installed on the car. It’s absolutely infuriating that dealerships can price gouge. The sales rep we dealt with was also shady. One simple question turned into 45 minutes of wasted time, because he couldn’t answer the question. I ended up finding the answer on Honda’s website before the rep returned to us. Needless to say, we left this slimy place.

He was very helpful, patient, informative and all around professional with all our questions being answered! We ended up choosing a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD! We will definitely be returning for any future Honda purchases and we will definitely be asking for ADRIAN. Thank you so much ADRIAN :)

I WENT IN THIS MORNING TO BUY THEIR CIVIC R ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR, THE CAR WAS LOCKED AND I TRIED TO GET SOMEBODY TO HELP ME AND WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED TYPICAL OF HONDA AND TOYOTA OWNED BY THE SAME COMPANY.THE CAR WAS LOCKED THEY HAVE ABOUT 18 ,000 MARK UP ON THE CAR , SO I NOW CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE SALES MGR OR THE GM OR ANYBODY BESLIDES A SALES PERSON THERE WERE 3 THERE THEY SAID WERE THERE AND CANT FIND ANY OF THEM, U CAN C THAT THEY DONT HAVE THERE ACT TOGETHER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME U WILL REGRET IT

Best customer service team, not just in the desert, but

Best customer service team, not just in the desert, but anywhere. Customer service rep, Mario, explained what to look out for in the front-end assembly, and he managed to get my vehicle washed, despite the washer being broken. Highly recommend.

I really do not like shopping for a car, BUT, the

I really do not like shopping for a car, BUT, the experience I had working with Damion Loman was a very positive one from start to finish. He was willing to listen to my situation, and without any pressure supplied me with numerous options. Once I decided to go in the direction that I did, he worked hard to get me the best deal for me and not necessarily Honda. He remained professional, yet still very personable at the same time. I would highly recommend Damion if you are in the market for a Honda vehicle.
