The service received on 6/16 for caring for my car was great. Although, the battery check for recall possibly could have taken place on 6/13 while car was being serviced. The crew was exceptionally caring in making sure all was well and delivering my car to me was an extra bonus instead of an Lyft ride for me to pick up.

I bought a new Outback in 2022, when I needed the long
I bought a new Outback in 2022, when I needed the long hauling capacity. I loved the car, especially its responsive acceleration. In 2025 I no longer needed the longer Outback, and traded it for a Crosstrek. I have been happy with all my dealings at Austin Subaru. They are friendly and accommodating, and easy to work with. They even provided a free Lyft ride home and back during my last service visit. I highly recommend them.

Worked with Chris Sutton. Great service. Both times, I've had really good technicians. I've been to other Subaru dealerships in town, and have had the best experience there. I'm satisfied with their work. I find them to be honest. All in all, a good experience.

My service advisor Saul Rodriguez was fantastic. He was my advisor last time and both he and the team of technicians did a great job of getting me in and out of there efficiently and professionally. Kudos to service manager Erik who warmly greeted me and explained the new process they have for the service department.

My purchase what quick and easily but that’s where the joy of a new vehicle ended.It too way too long to get my permanent plates and after multiples calls. I got my plates on the day my temp plate expired only to find out they weren’t registered to me. It took another week for the plate to finally be under my name. The dealership didn’t even bother calling back or anything.
