I bought a car from them last week, we had an amazing buying experience. I received my car, got home and noticed the windshield was wrecked from bad wipers, I notified them and they called me immediately the next day to fix the windshield. The issue was resolved within 24 hours. Amazing customer experience and great people to deal with. They are great. Would buy again!

After an exhaustive for the car I wanted with all of the right options I located an excellent example at Torchlight Motors. Jeff, the dealer, was straight forward and professional providing all of the information I needed. I placed a deposit site unseen and drove several states to complete the transaction. Upon arriving at the dealership I found the car to be as described - in very good condition for the mileage. I would buy a car from Jeff again and if your find the right vehicle on his lot recommend you move forward with the purchase as well.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently purchased an Audi Q5 2011 from this dealership and had to put an additional $4,000 into the truck a month after I bought it. Jeff said he inspects all of his vehicles but it’s a lie. I left the dealership after purchase and took it to get inspected the very next day and 1) my muffler was dragging on the way to get inspection bc one clip was missing and the other was rotted out and 2) both my headlight bulbs were burnt out. I called him about the bulbs which he said he’ll replace so I drove all the way back to his dealership to get them replaced. Low and behold, they weren’t the right Zenón bulbs for Audi so I had to spend the money to replace them anyways when I went back for re-inspection. Upon review during inspection, both my CV boots were cracked and torn to the point I have to replace both axles. (Btw, I brought up a sound that it was making as I turned during the test drive to which he came up with some lame excuse about the sound) They also found that both front control arms need to be replaced. If you had this vehicle up on a lift, all of these things are visible!!! How do you sell a car to someone during a pandemic with limited resources with this many issues but say you inspect all the vehicles. It’s all lies!!!!!! Yeah, the process to buy was quick and now I know why. I would highly recommend going to another dealer or at least get your car looked at by a mechanic prior to purchase!!!

I had a worse experience with this used car dealership, I will never buy a car there again. He sold a car which required a major repair.

Torchlight Motor dealership is overwhelming. The cars, maintained by them, are in very good condition. I bought 2007 S60 from them and it is in good condition so far. I will surely recommend this service to my friends.
