I found a car reasonably priced on their website. I emailed them inquiring about the vehicle. A couple days had gone by and I didn't hear back from them. I drove to the dealership and was pleased to see the car was still available. I was looking at 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback. I indicated I wanted to take it for a test drive and when he brought out the keys the car wouldn't start. They jumped the car to get it started and as I tried to pull out it was difficult to steer because the power steering was not working. Since I was already there I looked a couple other cars and they were not in very good condition. They returned rather quickly with the Mazda 3 which the power steering was now working. When we test drove the car the air bag light and blind spot monitoring lights were flashing. When I returned to the dealer we agreed upon the price, pending they would repair the blind spot monitoring and airbag and replace the battery. The car had been in a previous accident which was indicated on the CarFax report. I made a cash deposit on the vehicle. Later, that day I finally got a call back from the inquiry. The dealer informed me that the car which I just put a deposit on was still available. Hmm. So I called Kami back the salesman that sold me the car and asked why is your dealer calling me to tell me the car I just put a deposit on was still available. This was all on Saturday, on Monday I received a call that they had replaced the battery and they were unable to get the airbag light to go off. He informed me it would be 3-4 days before the car would be ready since they would have to send it to Mazda to get repaired. I inquired to the status on Tuesday and Kami informed me that they had not received the diagnosis yet from Mazda. I messaged him again on Wednesday morning and got no response. So I showed back up to the dealership on my lunch hour to see the car sitting in the same spot where I found it on Saturday and it had not been to Mazda. I spoke with the mechanic there asking why is the car not at Mazda and he said they had not taken it there yet but had an appointment for today. I had already had too many red flags and simply wanted my deposit back. I spoke to Kami and he said they spoke to Mazda and it was going to cost them too much to repair the vehicle. I asked why did you not communicate to me that you had not intention of fixing or selling me the vehicle after I had already got the cashiers check. He apologized for the poor communication which I found unacceptable. So here I am making buyers beware, that one, they will lie to you, two they will sell you a car with a faulty airbag system even though the CarFax report shows they vehicle had the airbag deployed and the light flashing and most recently no reported issues with the airbag. They prices are good, vehicles not so much, and not very trustworthy people.

Rip off sells broken cars
Fiat 500L broke down three times out of the four times i drove it. Refused to tow it to their dealer ref Send to pick me up stranded refused to refund my money and take the car back hung up on me several times informed me I bought a good car told me to put break guild in the transmission fluid for a broken clutch car won’t shift leaves me stranded in the road three xxxxing times out of four times driving it!! Do not buy from here!!!

Purchased 2016 Nissan Versa
I had been to several car dealers before and didn't like how I was treated (I.e., long waits, rudeness, etc.) I saw this Nissan Versa advertised online at Import Motors in Bethany, so decided to give it a try. Great car, just as advertised and I bought it. Staff was very friendly and polite; I was very pleased with the car and the service. Hope to have this car a long time, but I will definitely go back here again for my next car.

Great cars, excellent service and friendly smiles!
We have been coming to Import Motors for over 10 years now and have never had a bad experience! Always satisfied with every purchase! We are going on our 4th vehicle now. Every car has run so well we pass them over to our children and come back for a newer one. The sales guys are trustworthy and you cannot put a price on that! I would never even attempt going to any other dealer except Import Motors!
