Good deal

We have bought two vehicles from this dealership in the past few years, I would recommend. Pretty decent staff. They are helpful but not too pushy.

Life saver

Dave helped me after the place had already closed. If not for him my tire would have gone completely flat. Thank you to him for the FREE service

2011 Nissan Morano

I went to this dealership to look at a car I had an interest in and I ended up buying it. The customer service there was really great and they made the car buying experience worth it! There was no hassle or stress when trying to purchase and it made buying my first car so stress free! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car!

Stay away

My girlfriend bought a 2010 VW Jetta from this dealership. A hair over 3 months later the transmission completely blew while driving down the highway. It was noisy since she bought it, and was something we mentioned when test driving the vehicle, the sales person assured us it was perfectly normal. Now they want to charge her $2000 for a transmission to be replaced, and are blaming this problem on us when it was making these noises before we even purchased the vehicle. Stay away unless you like throwing money into a hole...

Scam artist

WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a truck from them Audi q7 test drove it before purchasing it was fine literally an hour after I get home the check engine light comes on they tell me to bring it back supposedly they fixed the problem next day check engine light still on and I discover a oil leak they take my truck again hold it for a week supposedly fixing the problem i get the truck back still have a check engine light and the oil leak they ask me to wait a few weeks so they can go back thru the warranty company when I looked at the warranty it would have expired if I waited on them which leads me to believe that they were intentionally trying to make my contract void then I go to the audi dealer set everything up for their warranty company not to honor my contract oh yea and when I brought it back the second time my truck wouldn't start they said they replaced it that was a lie 2 weeks after I get it back I have to come out of pocket almost $1000 to get it fixed and now I have to come out of pocket for the rear main seal!! I know a lot of money this dealership is full of scams the most dishonest people with the worst mechanics ever do not I repeat do not deal with these people they will take your money and give you their butt to kiss putting it mildly save yourself some trouble and go to another dealership no matter where else you go its gonna be better than here. Even if you do find a diamond in the ruff do not use their mechanic the head mechanic Davis customer service is crap and he tries to make you feel like the problems on your car are your fault and obviously their work speaks for itself which is you'll have to go to somebody else to correct their mistakes.

2008 Ford Mustang

Wrote a sparkling review a few days ago but erred when I referred to my salesman as Jon Carroll but his name is Jon Marshall.I apologize for the mistake.My experience was very enjoyable,purchased a car I was wanting for 41 years since my 68 Mustang was stolen and never recovered.The 2008 V-6,supercharged,oversized tires with only 30,500 miles s spectacular.Showroom condition,like new.I am a happy camper,has some serious get up and go.

Bad situation gone good

I had a dead battery and during an attempt at boosting the battery, I dropped my key into the engine block. As I drove by the shop, with my spare key, I saw them closing their gate for the night and stopped anyway. They were more than willing to help out, removed the key and sent me on my way without a charge....great customer service, great human beings.
