We went on a whim to look at a used Mini Countryman. We needed a more reliable secondary vehicle. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.... Beginning from an email to arrange a test drive to the purchase of the vehicle everyone was easy to deal with and a pleasure to work with. The sales person Michael Douglas was knowledgeable and helpful and the only issue we had with the vehicle was a small tear in the hood stripe. They immediately agreed to fix this and were a pleasure to deal with.
The service writer was wonderful. He explained maintenance on the Mini in a very helpful way. He was pleasant and kind. The process to obtain a loaner... vehicle was quick and simple. The service writer texted his contact information and a text of how to reach him if I needed. He was timely in notifying me of when my Mini was ready. When I had questions on a newer Mini, he immediately got assistance from a sales staff to help answer questions. Overall, there was no pushy sales, not on service or to buy, and I felt very good about the dealership and the experience. Also, this was my first visit to a Mini dealer! I had purchased mine used out of state and it was shipped to me. I would highly recommend them.

I drive over 100 miles for service at Flow Mini for my 2011 Mini Clubman and they’re worth every mile. Ryan in the service department is great at... his job. My loaner car was wonderful and I even got to drive it home as my Mini wasn’t finished. Then, they delivered my car to me. Wow! Repairs are not much fun but Flow Mini made it not so painful. Highly recommend this dealership for service.
I've been going to Flow Mini since 2008 when I bought a new Mini Cooper S. From the beginning, it was clear that they were not only an excellent,... but caring company that takes great care of their customers. Ms. Min is 10 now and still doing wonderfully, thanks in part to the extraordinary care and service we have received throughout the years. This last visit something happened that had never happened to me in all my years with any car in any garage -- a mechanic did various tests and checked over a couple of things that I had asked about and decided that nothing needed to be fixed and DIDN'T CHARGE ANYTHING! I was amazed and grateful. Bravo, Flow Mini!
I had an accident on the Blue Ridge Parkway on a Saturday! After being towed in, Mr. Q was very helpful in getting the damage assessed, coordinating with... my insurance company and even offering to drive me to the rental car office if they could not come pick me up. I cannot say enough about how competently they worked with me throughout this stressful situation.
