I had an accident on the Blue Ridge Parkway on a Saturday! After being towed in, Mr. Q was very helpful in getting the damage assessed, coordinating with... my insurance company and even offering to drive me to the rental car office if they could not come pick me up. I cannot say enough about how competently they worked with me throughout this stressful situation.

Very friendly staff . I had to go in for service on my vehicle for a recall . I was greeted immediately as I came in . There was a nice waiting area for... me while the car was being worked on . On Wednesday 04/ 11/18 i was searching the internet for a used mini cooper convertible, I searched flow mini in Winston Salem NC . I found a vehicle i... was interested in so i told my wife about the vehicle, she went on the same site to view same, we decided to contact them, which my wife did spoke with a female that set up an appointment for Saturday morning around 10 am 04/21/18. On Friday 04/20/18 received a voice message from i believed to be the same person my wife spoke with advising looking forward to meeting us Saturday and meeting our new mini. My wife also received an email on Friday from the CRC sales agent confirming our appointment to view and drive our new mini. Upon arriving at flow motors went in and spoke with the sales manage whom apparently knew we where coming, from an early conversation my wife had with the CRC agent and a receptionist, at that time he informed me the vehicle i was wanting to look at was at their Raleigh NC store, and needed a catalytic converted , as you can imaging this caught by surprised, he said well we have some other ones here, which i informed him i was interested in that particular vehicle or very similar one only , his response was oh, when i asked him why we not informed the vehicle was not at this location his answer was i really do not know, my immediate response biting my tough was well this has sure turned me off from buying anything here, he could have cared less no attempt to make this right or appease me in any way very unprofessional sales manager. wasted my time driving there.
