First experience of purchasing car here and it was awesome! From the first phone call of inquiring about a car to following through with the purchase, Rudy was great! Highly recommend! Whether great credit or poor they work well with you and understand where you’re at. Will be back for another car for sure!

They sell cars with rebuilt titles and tell you they are "clean" They buy cars that have already been wrecked but not reported. They fix them themselves and tell you its been in "zero accidents"

Check engine light and car overheating occurred within 30 days. Took to service to get repaired and it stopped for a couple weeks and re continued to overheat. Really believe they knew the car was messed up from jump. Tried to contact upper management to get resolved and Monica failed to call or return our message for three weeks ! We were done then... Nobody wants to pay for a car u cant drive especially after it's supposed to be fixed. I even told her personally that i doubt she missed work for that period of time. They just failed to admit any faults like a typical used car dealership. The way management handles issues here is horrible in my experience. Tammy was great she deserves to run that place.

After inquiring about a car online, was contacted and told it was gone, even though it was still listed for another week. Then a girl who represented herself as a salesman, began calling and texting 2 or 3 times a day,telling me she was sure SHE could help me when I was ready. She continued to contact me, even tho I told her I would contact HER when I was ready. After going to the lot, found out she was office staff. The salesman I did get, kept trying to upgrade what I wanted, since the next car I came to look at was auction-bound, never been checked out. He assured me after asking details of what I wanted, he could take care of me. The car he had me drive, was noisy, uncomfortable, AND had to be jumped off before we could drive it. I hated it and told him it was not at all what i wanted. After I told him I didn't like it, he had the manager come over and tell me I couldn't get financed for less than 8 or 9 thousand, despite my excellent credit, so they couldn't help me unless I was willing to spend that. I just didn't want to put that much in a car right now. I got up and left, feeling they did not care about people, and were just wasting my time. I went to another dealership, got exactly the type of car I wanted, great shape, low miles, and they financed $3000 for me, at under 6%! Thank God I didn't buy at 321 drive! I do not trust them, and would never recommend them. There are too many car lots in this town to deal with people like that!

i tryd to buy a car from this dealership . it was just a waste of time the salesperson was very dishonest with me and would never call me back . when we finally spoke they just told me if i wanted the car it would be double everything we talked about down payment monthly payment interest rate all of it . so just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
