Located in historic Yorktown Virginia we began operations in 1992 as a small German car repair shop. Since those early years as a one-man operation we have grown to a full-service dealership with over 80 employees and four locations offering import & American luxury and performance car sales ASE certified service parts paint and collision repair of brands like; Mercedes BMW Mini Audi VW Porsche Volvo Jaguar Land Rover Honda Acura Toyota Lexus Nissan Infiniti Hyundai Kia Ford and more. 1982 Land Cruiser is in poor condition.

1982 Land Cruiser is in poor condition. Currently, would not pass state inspection. Wiper motor, front & repair drive shafts need to be replaced. Leaking engine oil and transfer case leak. Back doors jammed. 4wd transfer case inoperative at 4wd low. Oil pressure intermittent. Vehicle needs a lot of love. Poor mechanical condition under the frame. Exhaust pipe painted silver to hide corrosion. Broken wires on transfer case. Several wires hanging loose next to rear drive shaft waiting to cause more damage and possible mishap along the road. I offered to fix all issues but dealer wanted full price. Didn’t even make sense. I think they were surprised by poor condition as vehicle sits in show room as display and limited sales knowledge/ experience.

I have been an Auto Haus, Yorktown customer for fourteen years and have purchased three cars from them. All my vehicles were serviced by Auto Haus and I readily endorse their entire operation. Buyer BEWARE

Take your business and hard earned money to a reputable dealership. Not even 40 days into this purchase, I'm currently facing a 10k repair bill. Ask Auto Haus Yorktown for assistance with the repair and was told, "I was looking for something free!" Asked for an oil change because a day after taking possession of the vehicle, the vehicle notifications said,"oil change due. " Reluctantly, Auto Haus Yorktown did change the oil. However, Auto Haus left a quart out of the oil change. So the engine was a quart low. Brakes were making noise when applying them for STOPPING, I asked for them to be checked. They checked them, stated brakes were fine however when I went to have after market rims put on, I was told that whoever put the tire on before the rim shop had crossed threaded the stud which broke. Additionally we were amazed to see the vehicle had a new Virginia inspection sticker but the tires on the vehicle that were being replaced with new tires/rims were worn so bad that the steel belt was exposed on the inside of the tire. IMMINENT tire failure was a real possibility on both rear tires. My concerns were brought to Ashton V. attention, and he was very disrespectful, showed no interest in wanting to help. He was more confrontational, triggering, and provoking. The main thing was to receive the CASH for the vehicle and send you on your way in what appears to be a LEMON VEHICLE. They tried to convince me that they offered me an EXTENDED WARRANTY! They didn't, I had more than enough CASH to purchase that if it was offered. The only concern was receiving the CASH and nothing else. Just like they offered me a paint and interior package for 1k, and I went for it. That was NOT done properly, either. My auto detailer advised me that they just took 1k because the work wasn't done correctly, and he was correcting the poor application of the product. This is my experience with Auto Haus Yorktown, and I would like anyone thinking of purchasing from them to STOP, Look Elsewhere, and you will be happy you did. I purchased a Very Beautiful Bright White Lemon 🍋 from Auto Haus Yorktown!

Just bought my GLE and I love it! Auto Haus' staff is super friendly, honest, and helpful. I spent quite a bit of time here, and it felt less like a transaction and more like spending time with great friends. I was well taken care of, asked if I needed food/beverage. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous which made me feel like I was in the best hands. This was my second vehicle purchase with Auto Haus, and I strongly recommend service being done here too, especially if you own a Benz.

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Auto Haus. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. My sales rep, Ken, was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the car buying experience easy and was not pushy at all. The service shop seems to take good care of the vehicles. So happy I found this shop!
