The staff at Auto Haus was incredible at helping me to find the car I was looking for. They had a 2002 Boxster S that I was looking at but it had relatively... high milage. I got lucky that they received a substantially lower milage 2000 Boxster S as a trade-in a few days after I contacted them about the 2002. I went to take a look at the 2000 Boxster S before they even had it listed for sale and ending up driving it home that day. They were able to hook me up with a very competitive interest rate and put me behind the wheel of a car of my dreams. The only way I'd be happier is if I had 996 money instead of 986 money :)
After a year of research, I was able to locate my vehicle at Auto Haus. They specialize in German cars, and have their own repair / maintenance centers.... Brandon Carpenter and his manager Austin made the process painless. No overpriced haggling, Diana is a financial expert, she reviewed multiple warranty options. Everyone was very pleasant during each interaction. My husband is ready to go back and purchase another Mercedes!! I will be a forever customer.
Purchased a seven series in January and did not run the air conditioner until it got hot. The air-conditioner never worked and when I took it in they wanted... to charge me over $3000 to repair. This is the second time the service department has let me down. Auto Haus no longer has the integrity nor the customer service orientation they used to have years ago. Plenty of places to purchase a BMW and get a lot better service. This will be the last time I deal with them. Even the owner of the company would not take liability for their portion of selling a vehicle that did not operate properly despite them claiming to do a big inspection of it prior to selling it.
This dealer exceeded our expectations. Rob Cox was our sales advisor and took care of us every step of the way. He was attentive but not pushy and he listened... carefully to our questions so that he could supply the correct answers. Austin, the Sales Manager, also showed us a vehicle that wasn’t on the lot yet but it perfectly fit our needs and was the one we bought. Vince in financing led us through the purchase process and explained all the options available to us. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience.

We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer. The cars are low mileage and reliable. The problem is that when you purchase a warranty the product they offer... is poor and the company uses any excuse not to pay for covered services. while there is a Government mandated coverage of emissions and restraints for 8 years on all vehicles, the company they use for extended warranty refused to cover for a luxury mechanical feature that moves the seatbelt forward allowing the driver or passenger to reach the seatbelt. Apparently, this is a typical bait and switch technique that non reputable companise use not to pay for repairs. Autohaus uses this company but tells the client that everything is covered. Additionally, Autohaus "upcharged " us 27% from what we were able to buy online from a reputable company. Furthermore, when we cancelled the warranty that we bought, Autohaus's Sales Manager/Business Manager, Dale Mang, refused to refund us the money we paid to them for the warranty until they got they got their money back. Fortunately, American Express once they heard what happened, immediately refunded our money. On the plus side, there are good sales, people and we are truly grateful to Rory Sampson. he was professional and courteous.
