I saw a vehicle on their site and it only had one picture and very little description on the vehicle so I asked for more info and some pictures and over... a week later still waiting for any reply.
They were very helpful in looking at a new truck for me and answered my questions reliably.
I talked with a couple of sales personnel about some vehicles that they had in stock both stated that they would get more information and get back with... me. As of now it has been about a week and no one has contacted me. I have now started looking at other dealers for a vehicle
They said would fix anything they would make right in a month we have had our vehicle 5 days rest of time it's been in the shop they never fixed anything... we asked them too .kept getting run around and vehicle still has same problems it had when we bought it. Awful awful place to do business wouldn't send my husband's ex there
In response to the above mentioned review, I would say that of the items that were asked for us to repair, were repaired. We take pride in customer sa...tisfaction and try to maintain an integrity unmatched in the automobile industry. This vehicle was sold As-Is condition. Our dealership made multiple attempts to satisfy customer without any obligation to do so. With much regret we feel that sometimes not all customers can be made 100% satisfied. Respectfully, Young Motors
