Wow must say my sales person Hazem was easy to work with and very honest over all great places to buy a car but people must always remember you are buying a used car the dealer can not predict the future so when reading negative reviews keep that in mind the car dealer can only go of how the car runs at the time of purchase I purchased a 2005 jeep liberty very clean and as of now runs great I am very happy with my experience at global auto trade

We had a very nice experience. It's very hard to find a dealership that you can completely trust. We had nothing to worry about. We told them what we wanted. They found it for us. Smooth transaction. No hassle at all.

I left with a 2010 wrx. On the way home the motor started knocking. I had to go to the nearest shop. The oil looked like silver paint. Completely blown. Multiple mechanics told me the motor might have been flushed and new oil put in to get me 30 miles. Never sign "as is" papers and never buy here. I was told I would receive no compensation.

We were getting frustrated looking for a BMW X5 with the right miles the right year for the right price. After a week of frustration, Soleiman at Global Motor trade in Schnecksville was perfectly match for us. They made us feel welcomed, they were warm and the facility was absolutely beautiful. The vehicle we purchased was exactly what we wanted and they made it work for us where WE were comfortable fiancially. Our salesman even recharged the cars air conditioner personally because the shop had closed. Also, three days after the sale went out of his way to make sure that our only one concern ( getting a new key fob) was taken care of within hours . Thank you guys for making this frustrating experience successful. Will definitely return as customers again for sure.

This was by far the best car purchase experience from the search to the final purchase. I am a middle aged woman and often feel intimidated and overwhelmed in the car buying process. I started my search on cars.com and knew what car I was looking for and how much I should spend. My call to the dealer was promptly returned. They had the car available and ready for a test drive that afternoon. I found the salesmen to all be friendly, courteous and professional. The dealership was very welcoming, clean and modern, Soleiman was very professional and courteous as well. He was brave and took me for a test drive on a stick shift, knowing it had been 30 years since I had driven one. LOL He remained calm and encouraging. I really appreciated that. The vehicle was clean and had been gone over mechanically with a list of things that had been done to make sure it was in optimal condition. I did not make the purchase right away because wanted to give more thought and had another vehicle to see at a big dealership. He did not pressure me or give me a line of crap. I was there late Saturday and he followed up on Monday. We discussed my reasons for hesitation. There was no haggling or back and forth. My experience at the big dealer was not great and I still loved the car at Global Motor Trade. GMT was able to get me excellent financing and terms (lower payment with shorter term) with a less than stellar credit score right away. I am still receiving decline letters from financing that the Big dealer did without my permission, while I have already paid my first payment on my car. I would purchase from them again and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a used car to go there and feel confident that your experience with be pleasant as what I had. I can't say enough how calm and easy it was to make this purchase. I'm loving my new Jeep! Thank you!! I do apologize for taking so long to write this, when everything you did was so efficient, but if a month and a half later I am still as happy with my purchase, I think that speaks volumes.

The first thing you notice on the lot is the variety and condition of all the vehicles...detailed and positioned for inspection. My wife first stopped to look at a vehicle and was assisted by Yiannis who was helpful and friendly, not the vibe you get at a large dealer looking to sell you a car this minute. I came to look at the vehicle later and also worked with Yiannis and he was professional and honest...straight and fair! Very refreshing and a solid example of a high quality local business. We purchased the vehicle at a fair price and the process was painless and enjoyable. We will be going back and using GMT for service as well. Highly recommended!
