Only reason bought car friend worked here, now that he left it’s the worst service I’ve ever dealt with and I finance for auto vehicles. The dealer set payments up on Sunday which is bad first of all, call me that Monday for payment and I pay on time but at times need few days due sealer didn’t set up on my pay schedule and threatens me when I put $15,000 as down pmt and ONLY 2 months from paying off !! Worst dealer service I’ve ever dealt with, this is from the management to mainly woman take payments.

Kevin was more than helpful in finding me the right car I could flex in. As soon as I pulled up he assisted me in finding the best bank that would finance me, and hooked me up with really low insurance rate for my age. Best thing about it too was that it didn’t take as long I thought. Great set of people!

Charles was very knowledgeable and was very patient and helpful in getting me the car I wanted. And artesian leveson was helpful also the whole process was great

My salesman Tee and sales manager Bishipp was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I came in to Nexcar not knowing what was going to happen or if we would be able to get an approval. Let me start by saying I am not a fan of dealerships, the car buying process, or writing reviews. Further, I would never had thought to go beyond one of the “bigger” dealers as I hadn’t even heard of NexCar. I literally was on my way to another dealership to purchase a vehicle when I happened across this location. What a stroke of luck! I was greeted by Kevin upon arrival and was very specific as to what I was and wasn’t looking for. He pointed me to the options that fitted my request and within a matter of a few minutes I knew I had made a better decision than traveling further. Their team was professional, friendly and informative. I got the vehicle to suite my needs and met a few good guys who enjoy saling cars the right way! Good job guys, I’ll be recommending you to all that are loving my new wheels!

Took my car back five times since I bought it in FEBRUARY! 2 and 1/2 months. Same problem on the same tire. Just picked up the car last week and tonight I heard scratching noise! They didn’t tighten a bolt to my break pads correctly! So the whole part is off the same tire that had issues before! Spending 21k on a car that’s been nothing but issues since day one!

I just got into a really bad accident totaled my truck told TEE My situation that I needed to get in a vehicle fast.
