I went to test drive a Tesla.
I went to test drive a Tesla. The person I spoke to on the phone was not available so he sent me out with another salesperson who had no clue of how to operate a Tesla and no other helpful information. I liked the car but no one ever followed up with a phone call. Not impressed at all with this dealership. Let's just say I won't be going back there because they clearly showed me their customer service sucks.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS
SCAMMED! SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I SPOKE WITH TEE ON 2/17/23 BEFORE ARRIVING TO NEXCAR AND STATED I ONLY HAD $2,000 FOR A DOWN PAYMENT AFTER BEING REFERRED BY HIS FRIEND FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. TEE SAID NO PROBLEM I CAN PUT YOU IN A VEHICLE. I ARRIVED AND CHOSE MY CAR. STARTED IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT THAT TO TEE’S ATTENTION AND HE STATED NO WORRIES I’LL TAKE CARE OF IT🚩..WE PROCEEDED AND I PAID THE $2,000 DOWN PAYMENT. MINUTES LATER BISHOP CAME OVER TO FINISH THE PROCESS AND THE FIRST THING HE LAID IN FRONT OF ME WAS A PRINTOUT ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR TAX,TITLE AND LICENSE WHICH WAS $1,288 BECAUSE THE COMPANY DOES NOT PAY FOR IT AND WHEN CAN I PAY IT. I STATED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED WITH MY DOWN PAYMENT AND WHY DIDN’T YOU INFORM ME BEFORE I PAID THE DOWN PAYMENT. HE STATED I CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. SO I THEN STATED I CAN PAY IT WITHIN 30 DAYS. BISHOP ASKED FOR MY NEXT 2 PAYDAYS AND PUT THOSE DATES ON THE CONTRACT ANYWAY WHILE STATING HE CAN SPLIT THE PAID IN HALF. I THEN STATED AGAIN IT WILL BE 30 DAYS. HE AGREED. WE FINISHED THE PROCESS. BEFORE DRIVING OFF I WAS TOLD TO BRING THE CAR BACK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY TO GET IT INSPECTED. SUNDAY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. I TOOK IT TO AUTO-ZONE AND GOT A DIAGNOSIS. MONDAY I ARRIVED AT NEXCAR AND INSTANTLY INFORMED THEM OF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND HANDED MIKEY THE MECHANIC THE PRINTOUT FROM AUTO-ZONE STATING WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. HE WENT TO THE BACK AND CAME BACK TO THE FRONT WHERE I SAT AND SHOWED ME THE PART HE SUPPOSEDLY REPLACED. I KNEW IT WAS THE RIGHT PART DUE TO VISITING AUTO-ZONE PRIOR. HOWEVER HE WAS NOT ABLE TO INSPECT THE CAR AND WAS TOLD TO BRING THE CAR BACK ON WEDNESDAY, WHICH I DID. CAR WAS INSPECTED BUT THURSDAY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. I FOLLOWED THE SAME PROCESS BY GOING TO AUTO-ZONE. THE SAME CODE POPPED UP. I INSTANTLY INFORMED THE COMPANY AND WAS BACK THERE ON FRIDAY. UPON ARRIVAL SCOTT GREETED ME. I TOLD HIM THE PROBLEM AND HOW I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH ALL WEEK FOR THE SAME ISSUE. THEN I STATED TO SCOTT THAT MIKEY COULD NOT HAVE REPLACED THE PART AND SCOTT IMMEDIATELY WENT INTO DEFENSE MODE. HE WAS HIGHLY UPSET DUE TO THE FACT THAT I CALLED THE COMPANY OUT AND KNEW THEY WERE FULL OF IT. MIKEY ARRIVED AND CLAIMED HE REPLACED THE PART. BIG LIAR! HE RESET THE CODE AND CLAIMED THAT WAS ALL IT NEEDED. DURING THE WEEKEND IT CAME BACK ON. I TEXTED MIKEY AND TEE AND WAS TOLD TO BRING IT BACK. BUT DIDN’T HAVE TIME. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM TEE ASKING ABOUT THE CAR AND WHEN WAS I BRINGING IT BACK IN. I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT AFFORD TO KEEP MISSING WORK AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON WHILE A FOUL LIGHT ODOR WAS INSIDE THE CAR. TEE STATED I NEEDED TO BRING IT BACK ASAP ASSURING ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. YEA RIGHT! BEFORE ENDING THE CALL HE STATED SOMEONE FROM THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT HAD BEEN TRYING TO REACH ME. HE TRANSFERRED THE CALL AND CINDY ANSWERED. SHE EXPLAINED IRENE HAD BEEN CALLING ABOUT THE TTL WHICH WAS $644. I EXPLAINED TO CINDY WHAT I TOLD BISHOP ABOUT ME PAYING IT IN 30 DAYS AND HOW I DID NOT HAVE IT. PLUS I HAD MISSED WORK TRAVELING BACK FORTH-OVER A HOUR AWAY. SHE MADE NOTES AND MINUTES LATER IRENE CALLED ME BACK. SHE RUDELY EXPLAINED THE SAME INFO AS CINDY AND SO DID I. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I ASKED WHY DIDN’T SHE LEAVE A MESSAGE AND TOLD HER HOW MY PHONE WAS SETUP FOR UNKNOWN CALLS. SHE STATED IT WAS NOT THAT INTENSE. WHAT? SHE CONTINUED SPEAKING RUDELY AND GAVE ME UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY TO HAVE THE PAYMENT OR SHE WAS GOING TO REPOSSESS MY VEHICLE THAT SAME NIGHT. THE CALL ENDED. I CALLED HER BACK TO LET HER KNOW I WILL BE BRINGING THE CAR IN TOMORROW AND THAT I WILL HAVE THE PAYMENT IN CASH. SHE STATED NO AGAIN AND SHE NEEDED THE PAYMENT BY 7pm BEFORE SHE WAS OFF AND INFORMED ME AGAIN SHE WILL REPOSSESS MY VEHICLE LATER THAT NIGHT. AND 12:55am ON 3/1/23 MY CAR WAS REPOSSESSED.

Thank you Kevin for working with us and getting us in our new vehicle. I had obstacles indeed but Kevin assured me he would work to get me in a vehicle before leaving. We arrived pm and Kevin and the team stayed and made sure we got a vehicle. Kevin is a very genuine, kind, individual and you can tell he works hard and really cares about the customer. I would def recommend him to family & friends! Thanks to Mngr Bishop as well, we enjoyed the conversation last night as well.

I am a 66 yr.
I am a 66 yr.old grandmother. My daughter passed way 2021. I received an insurance check. I went to Nexcar to find a vehicle. I put $10,000 down payment. The financing brought the car to about $38,000 and some change everyone was telling me that was to much but I needed the car. When my daughter passed I was left to take care of my 3 grandchildren. I only get Social Security check every month I have gotten behind on my payments sometime which is $449 a month but manage to catch up. I got behind a let my insurance lapse but I managed to borrow money for that. My Social Security posted late this month and I had gotten 2 months behind They harassed me Cindy called me and told me she will give until 1:00 that day to pay my car note but it was already 12:30 and my check hadn't even posted so they repo my car. I was talked to like I was a child no respect of what was going on. I put $10,000 down but it didn't make a difference to them.
