I was very pleased from first time talking to salesman

I was very pleased from first time talking to salesman Chris Janes. He was very professional and worked with me until we got the deal done. Once I agreed on the truck and price, me and my wife showed up, the truck was cleaned, fueled up and ready to go. We walked in and meet with Chris, he sat and talked with us until the finance manager was ready for us. Went into the finance managers office and again, nothing but true professionalism. In and out in about 20 minutes. I will definitely purchase any other vehicle I buy from Courtesy Ford. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new of used vehicle.

The staff at Courtesy Ford Breaux Bridge are very nice and professional. This is the second vehicle I purchase for my salesman Chris LaGrange and I have always been satisfied with his service. I can call him anytime and he would very glad to assist me with any questions that I had. If you need a new vehicle give Chris all call and he will very happy to help you.

This kinda thing never happens to me but it did tw

My first two visits to service were great but unfortunately my last two were horrible. Its a hour drive for me first of all so i try and schedule my appointment early. My appointment was for 9 and i didn't leave until 4pm tht day for a tune up. I needed a water pump but it had to be ordered so i made another appointment to do that,,, only to drive to this appointment just to be told your part must have been damage being shipped. I ended up getting the water pump a week later only to be given a 40$ discount which probably almost full my tank back up from one of those trips!
