Courtesy Ford lives up to their name
Courtesy Ford lives up to their name. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. My sales rep was courteous and knowledgeable. I was made a quote, I made a counter offer and we came to an agreement in short order. Sales rep spent a lot of time going over the vehicle and how everything worked. Two days later i went back with a problem, my sales rep was not available, another sales rep assisted me with the problem and sloved it in short order. He also was very courteous and went out of his way to help me even though I was not his customer. I was very pleased with my whole experience.

Zero Integrity - Avoid this dealership
At Courtesy a buyers agreement isn't worth the paper that it's printed on. After going through all the motions with the sales rep, even signing a contract to purchase a $45k pre-owned truck, they decided to sell it again to someone else later that same day. It didn't matter that I was a full cash buyer with an A credit score. Because I'm sure that their second buyer was willing to agree to more of their worthless and expensive add ons like "mandatory window etching". That’s right, they force you to spend $300 for window etching. The management at Courtesy tried their very best to avoid my phone calls. When I finally got them on the phone they seemed to think it was not a big deal that I had a fully executed purchase agreement and no truck...perhaps this happens all the time at Courtesy? Integrity is in short supply at Courtesy so do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Great dealership, great employees and management. This is the second car I have bought from them and will not go anywhere else. They went above and beyond when I was about to go on vacation and damaged 2 of my tires by road hazard.

Had to request salesman wear a mask, but after that things went smoothly. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Actual buying process went smoothly. 2nd vehicle I have bought from them.
