Wow straight 5 star reviews? Wish I could write a stellar review like the rest but found out I had be lied to about our 2011 CRV. Vince seemed so straight forward and easy to work with and believe it or not gave us what appeared to be a great deal. Showed us the car fax and even explained the accident on it was very minor a fender bender nothing more. Two years later now we are trying to trade the car and the dealer we are doing business with shows us a Auto check report saying the car we bought was sold at auction no big deal Vince told us that himself said he just got a great deal a few days earlier at auction what he failed to tell us was what the rest of the report said that at time of sale it was announced the CRV had FRAME DAMAGE!!! Well my deal went out the door and we will never get what the vehicle is worth*** So Sad . It is obvious Vince was aware of this and the fact that Autocheck is the car fact finder that has most info on auction vehicles no wonder he uses CarFax!! Do yourself a favor if Vince has cheaper cars its because he buys ones that auction for cheaper meaning they may have issues. So if you insist on going there be sure to go to Autocheck and get a VIN report. Oh and yes I spoke to Vince and yes he denied knowing anything about it and yes I sent him a copy of the Autocheck report that the other dealer ran and yes I never heard from him again!

Vince went out of his way to help me find a commuter car and stayed late two nights in a row to work around my schedule. Huge help and best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you, Vince!

Vince made the process of buying a car so easy. I was allowed to take the car to my shop of choice so that I could have it looked over. He stands behind what he sells and isn't pushy at all. I would go back and buy from Vince the next time I am looking for a car and would recommend him to my friends and family. If he has a car you like, give him a call you wont regret it!

Vince is the best dealer I have ever worked with. The process was so simple and relaxing. Everything was explained and there is no pressure or sales tactics. The entire process was fast and easy. Vince is a wonderful dealer to have worked with. I found a Honda CRV advertised on Cars.com with his dealership. He was terrific over the phone, in person and emailing me promptly with answers to my many questions. He has nothing to hide and has quality vehicles on his lot. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle many times with no pressure. Allowed me to have it looked at by my own mechanic. The mileage was low and he gave me a great price. Never pushing me to buy. He has a wonderful and kind personality and was easy to work with. The sale took place quickly and with ease. He took care of everything including license plate and made sure the car went off his lot in top notch condition. He also gave me a free carwash because it was raining the day I took it and wanted it to be clean for me. You will be very pleased if you come work with this guy!!! Just bought a low mile 2013 Honda CR-Z from Vince at Delafield motors. Through the whole process he was friendly and low pressure-none of the aggressive sales tricks and games I've come to expect when buying a car. I was only in the market for a CR-Z but noticed all his cars were all in excellent condition with low-mid miles and priced well; no junk. They mostly deal in Hondas and have confidence in what they sell; I was shown the clean carfax and maintenance history without even asking! The car I bought was priced right, and I received a fair value for my trade and a great financing rate. When it came time to do the deal, Vince handled all the paperwork and worked around my schedule-I just had to sign the papers after work and pick up the new car. I felt my business was appreciated here and am completely satisfied with the deal I got. If I am ever in the market for another Honda down the road this would be the first place I will look and probably the last!
