I liked the new location and how big the waiting room

I liked the new location and how big the waiting room area was. Nice assortment of snacks and area was clean. Got a video during giving me an update that service was just about done, which I have not had before so that was a cool new experience.

I made an emergency stop to fix a stuck open window as I

I made an emergency stop to fix a stuck open window as I needed to park my car at an outdoor lot in Chicago and catch a 7:00 flight to NY. They not only looked at my car, they finished in time for me to catch my flight in Chicago.

The staff is friendly.

The staff is friendly. However when I made my appointment for service, they did not tell me they had moved. I arrived early for my appointment (used Apple maps) and the building was empty (old location address). I called and they told me the new address. But I do not know why I was not informed earlier (via email/mail/or when I made the appointment) of the new address. Very frustrating. I was offered a free car wash but they were working on the doors, so I couldn’t get it done.

I was happy with the work, but unhappy about having an

I was happy with the work, but unhappy about having an appointment scheduled and having to personally call to find out information about what was happening. Then when I received my car, after the work, I was very displeased that there were oil prints on my hood as well as all over the inside handle of my driver’s door.

I had a recall on my vehicle and got my appointment a

I had a recall on my vehicle and got my appointment a month in advance yet the parts were still not there and the service manager was very disrespectful and kept my car for two days then tells me after I show up to pick up the car I needed my car back. He said he would have to order the parts and it would take 2 to 4 days. So I took my car back and the parts didn’t come in for at least another month. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I had to take time off work for two days to take my kid to Madison and pick her up from Work in my Dodge truck which cost me about $100 in gas for no reason because the dealership couldn’t get there xxxx together and have the parts there ready and waiting to go to be put on and re-reset the computer, which is an hour job total. I decided I’m gonna go take it to another dealership. Service manager is very rude and unprofessional. He was supposed to text me or call me that afternoon when I dropped it off and I never got a text or a call but yet when I showed up to get the car, he had an attitude.

We were very satisfied all of the people who assisted us

We were very satisfied all of the people who assisted us in the lease of our new vehicle. Special kudos to Zack Sederstom. He made our leasing decision and process very pleasant and comfortable to complete. He was very efficient and added his quirky sense of humor to make our experience fun also.
