Edit: Steve is a class act. He reached out to me, heard me out, kept his word and made it right. Based on my follow-up with Steve I'm hoping my experience was a one off and they will amend their practices going forward. I'd give them another chance because of Steve and Frank. Management displays unwillingness to logistically help the customer, home delivery is a false promise, and the general lack of trust is immense. Guaranteed bank checks are not accepted here without a litany of hoops, both because they don’t trust you and because they’d rather you finance in house to bump their profit. They lost my title paperwork and had nightmares with them trying to find it, when I tried to communicate with the dealer that they fudged my paperwork they hung up on me and would not correct their mistake. Didn’t get a title (on a car that wasn’t financed with them) for 6 months. Frank is the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly go-to guy. That’s all they have to offer. Karl in management is the root cause of this poor experience.

Worth the drive to Maryland
A few days after emailing Paige the internet sales manager, we arrived at the dealership to find our shiny new(used) Jeep waiting for us out front. After being greeted by the friendly staff we were offered fresh popcorn and coffee or hot chocolate(they actually had really good hot chocolate). We were then introduced to Paige who brought us to sit down with Jim the salesman who walked us through the remainder of the buying process and had us out the door in an hour. I’m 48 and have boughten many cars and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. Jon

Great experience!
From the moment we entered the building until we left everyone was so nice and professional. Brenton was amazing, very helpful and very professional. It was fun dealing with him during the entire process as he makes us at ease and explain everything to us. We felt very comfortable the moment we arrived and we found we were looking for.
