I happened to come for an oil change on Veteran's...
I happened to come for an oil change on Veteran's Day, lunch-time, very busy. Phil explained it might take longer than usual to get to my car in a LONG line ahead of me. I said no problem, so I went over to the mall to get a jump on Christmas shopping. Upon my return I was amazed to find the line was gone and got the service done expediently. Thanks Phil for being apologetic about any inconvenience, though there wasn't any since I beat the mad rush coming soon at the mall for the holiday! Merry and Happy to everyone at Younger Nissan. I came for oil change. I really like express service for that matter. You don't have to schedule an appointment, just pull up through the gates during service hours. And every time I come there is Sergiu greets you with smile. I also appreciate the report is giving on hands after service. It is easy to understand. Sergiu explain how to read the report and be aware of what to I have to pay attention too.
