Allen is awesome! I'd been shopping for a pre-owned Mercedes C300 for about a month. I called and visited several stores and most of them are the... equivalent of a dumpster fire. I was told my trade-in car was worth $1000 (AW gave me $4000). Some stores have dealer fees they tried to charge me in addition to the price they had online. AW was the opposite. Allen told us the price and let us know that even though it was firm, there would be no hidden charges. Everything was upfront and honest. It's now been 2 months since I bought the car and I couldn't be happier.
Bruce was a nice person before deal was closed, sold me a car with problems since 1st day, weeks after and still waiting for a module
I put a very good offer in writing and never heard back. Two weeks later the car is still on their website. Not sure how they stay in business this way
Many internet inquiries contain a "low ball offer" without seeing or driving our cars. If its a valid offer we certainly will entertain them.
Where to begin? First off, we stopped by at their dealership merely to ask for directions to another dealership in the area. Went to the other dealership,... but was disappointed with the vehicle and pushy salesperson. We decided to swing back to AW Auto Truck Wholesale. Upon entering the place, I met Bruce and Neil. Both were very honest and easy to deal with. The online price is what you pay for, excluding tax, title and tags. No hidden fees, no other fees that other dealerships mark up. They just let us check out all the cars in their lot, a hassle free experience. Peter, their finance guy, is easy to deal with as well. Overall, everyone who was involved in getting our GLK 350 deserves praise. I told Bruce that I will be back again in 3 years to get my daughter her 1st car. Hopefully he won't be retired by then!

I FLEW UP FROM N.C.TO PURCHASED A BENTLEY ,THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER HAD AFER BUYING CARS FOR 40YEARS BACK WINDOW WOULDN'T WORK HEATER WOULD GET... HOT I WAS TOLD THE WINDOW WAS PROBABLY DISCONNECTED IT WASN'T THE MOTOR WAS BAD !! OVERALL THEY TRY TO PUSH THE CAR OFF ON ME AS IF I SHOULD TAKE THERE WORD !! We try hard to describe our vehicles to customers prior to coming here. Its difficult to mention every thing on a 26 years old vehicle.Were sorry it d...id not live up to your expectations.We would never force anyone to take delivery of a vehicle.Good luck in your search.
I visited 4 different dealerships in NJ searching for a used vehicle and 3 of the places delivered the experience that I expected from Jersey used car... buying (pushy, dishonest, etc), but not this place. The sales person was candid and good spirited and the manager, Bruce, was also a pleasure to deal with. I didn't find a better deal anywhere else in the area, but he still came down on the price and even waived the dealer fee after it was already pretty clear we had a deal (I'm pretty sure he knew he didn't have to do that, but did it anyway...reflects on how these people aren't just trying to grab every dollar they can). Best part is he wouldn't let me drive it off without having a local mechanic give it an oil change and look for anything that needed fixing. Real standup establishment.
