Gave the place a missed call and Mike called me right back. They told me to come for an appraisal instantly and did not make me wait. I arrived and everyone there was extremely friendly and kind (great atmosphere!). John and Mike then proceeded to help me with the car and appraisal. Process was quick, easy and a breeze. They seemed like the perfect guys to sell my car to! Highly recommend anyone to work with Mike and John and to do business with A.W. Auto & Truck Wholesaler, Inc.
Great Process & Sales

Very Happy!
My daughter found the car online. My husband called Eric and made an appointment for the following day. They loved the car and 2 days later the car was detailed and ready to take home. Eric was so patient. My husband was very hesitant to buy a used car, but Eric made him feel very comfortable with the purchase. Process was extremely smooth. My daughter is so happy and so are we! A HORROR UNDERNEATH - CLEAN ON THE SURFACE
The used inventory is - a pig with lipstick - be carful if you buy form here - seen the merch (cars) and they all hade a major issue with engine or transmission - i think they resale salvage cars that are unrepairable and they simply re-title them again in a new state -

Scam artists
It's a shame They have such a bad reputation Cause they have OK cars .I understand it's a business and they have alot of experiences, it's the way they Conduct business that classifies them as scam artists . Will I recommend this dealer to an Enemy ? --Yes

Easy and convenient!!!
This Place is awesome I found the car I wanted fairly quickly. The customer reps were very nice and had all the paperwork filled out in no time. I highly recommend coming here. I will definitely be back here for my next car!!

Very Poor Costumer Service
I contacted the dealership during the week of 1-11-2021 thru 1-16-2021. I spoke with Eric on the phone about a 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche. After getting some basic information on the vehicle I asked about an extended warranty. He seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and stated he needed to speak to manager. I said ok and he stated he would call me the next day. Well 2 days later i call him back and left a message as he wasn't there yet. I didn't receive a call back that day so took it upon myself to call back again. Eric stated it has a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty from dealership. I asked about an extended warranty in the beginning and asked again about it and got same answer have to check with manager. As I was interested in the vehicle I gave him my trade information and asked him to get a ball park what I can get for trade. so I tried on multiple occasions to call him and finally got his manager on Thursday and explained everything to him. He stated I would certainly get a call back asap but they were busy at the moment so it may take a few minutes. Well Saturday rolls around with no response. I call and get Eric and let him know I am aggravated at the lack of responses I have received. He went on about who I am what I am trading and had incorrect vehicle down as my trade and stated he had to get the information from manager. Same response I got 4 days earlier, and ofcourse how busy there are. For the third time he stated he had to get with finance manager to see about warranty. I fully explained everything to him again and stated either I get a call today (Saturday) or don't bother calling me. Well Monday rolls along and guess who calls. He had the nerve to call and say they were so busy Saturday that they sold the Avalanche. i have never dealt with such xxxx poor costumer service before in my life. I offered to put a deposit down as soon as he got back to me with the requested information and got totally blown off. I am a 32 year retired Veteran and have never seen such unprofessionalism in my carreer. I will definately let my fellow soldiers to avoid these guys on military social media. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Avoid this dealer. I found a car, called to confirm it was available, and made an appointment for that same day to see the car. They confirmed on the phone that they would hold the car for me to see. When I arrived they informed me that the car had "just sold" and proceeded to try to sell me on other makes and models. Unclear that they ever had the car I drove to the place to see. A scam.

Highly Recommend
I had an excellent experience purchasing a used vehicle from AW Auto. The facility is clean, easy to get to, has plenty of room to park, and most of the vehicles are stored indoors. Overall a very professional operation. Bruce was great to deal with. He was down to earth and straight forward. I believe he gave me the best possible deal he could for my trade and purchase vehicle. I live 5 hours away and will definitely go here first when purchasing my next vehicle .
