Michael Henry is an excellent salesman! He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

Excellent Experience
I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

Lost keys lost tags car broke down in a week. BAD
I bought a Lincoln about three weeks ago from car Max. My salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. When it was time for me to go they could not find the keys.After about a hour they finally found them in another car. The technician said he would order me a GPS chip and it would be in the next day which was Tuesday. I went back on Wednesday and the chip had not even been ordered. I also forgot to mention the state of the car. The windows and dash were covered in children's foot prints and finger prints.the track for the sun roof was dirty and had leaves and debris in it. Door jams were dirty the back window had dead bugs in it.They took the car back on Friday? to clean it again and install the chip. The kid who cleaned the car must have used the same rag to do the tires and the windows they were a mess he never touched the dash or the bugs in the back window. Very poor service.Nine days after I bought the car I woke up to go to work got in the car and it was completely dead. I called CarMax they said a tow would be there by 10 he arrived at 11:15. I got to the CarMax and they gave me a loaner I went to work. I was informed? that they only had one technician that day and they couldn't work on my car. He was sitting at the counter playing on his phone.I went back the next day to pick up the car and noticed the front tag was missing. I asked where it was they had no idea they had looked everywhere for it and had not found it. I was informed that I had to take it up with D.M.V..I asked to speak to the manager after a while he came around looked in the rack that holds tags found my tag took it out and put it on my car. It was there the whole time no one had bothered to look for it. I left with my car last Friday afternoon . I have not heard one word from CarMax since. How the repair is nothing. I think that once CarMax gets your money they could care less about you. David Duvall

Great experience!
Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, no pressure and smooth purchase. I had my car transferred from another CarMax dealer with no problem and they actually transferred two that I was interested in. This was great, as I was torn between the two and was able to test drive both and make a decision. Very happy overall!

Great dealership
The sales associate (Siwan) was very kind and friendly. I was a little nervous considering this was my first car buying experience, but with the help of my parents and the Siwan, all of that nervousness went away! Siwan was awesome and helped me with everything along the way!

It took a little longer than expected for delivery but the buying experience and customer service was excellent...my brother referred me and it was the best used car that I could have ever imagined!
