We took a pristine clean car to them to fix the windshield wipers. We picked up the car unfixed and dirty, and had to pay a bill for a diagnosis that the problem was the body control module and they couldn’t fix the wipers. After hundreds of dollars and lots of trouble because of this incorrect diagnosis, it turned out that the problem was just a loose connection at the wiper motor that another shop easily found and fixed. When I tactfully told them about their mistake, they were disrespectful smart aleck jerks. When I posted an honest review on Google, their response was a bunch of lies. Incompetent disrespectful and dishonest is an accurate description of this shop.

They don't waste your time. Personally, I appreciate being given an honest overview of a car if I ask. Especially if I'm coming from out of town, which I did. Honest and accurate, I knew what I was getting before I got there. I don't understand why that's a negative?? I think Tom E is probably a difficult person to deal with in anything he does. My experience couldn't have been better.

Far Below Grade Level Expectations
They list many quality used cars on their website with tons of photos, links to carfax reports, and other information that allow customers to make informed decisions prior to making contact. Once a customer makes contact, they must understand that the customer is interested — hence making contact. I did just that with a fellow named Daniel Matar. I indicated my interest in one specific car that is 12-years old, and told him I'd be traveling from Atlanta and asked kindly that he go and look at several aspects of the car (interior, exterior, tires). I also told him specifically that I've done this many times with other cars, most recently an RX400h in Orlando (where I drove 450 miles in a one-way rental and that it worked out perfectly). He refused cavalierly and said "The vehicle has scratches and I feel it doesn’t measure up to what you are looking for. I don’t want to waste your time. Tires aren’t new, interior shows 12 years of wear. I don’t think it’s what you are looking for. I could blow smoke and have you drive all the way to NC, but I don’t think you’d appreciate that." If you are in a similar situation, I would not walk, but run from this "establishment" because they seem to be the very definition of that "used car salesman" dealership.

Horrible.
I live in Michigan and was looking for a car, luckily my Uncle said this place had the exact car I was looking for. We contacted the dealership, asked them about the car, it was perfect. Ford Focus, 5-speed manual trans, which is what I wanted. My parents are driving to North Carolina today to visit my family and pick up the car. The dealership was going to transfer the car to my Uncles dealership so that my parents could get it on Saturday. My uncle was supposed to pick-up the car today, but I just got a call from my parents saying that the dealership had sold the car, because my uncle 'didnt show up', it is only 2pm... We had contacted the dealership multiple times, saying how interested we were, and that we were going to buy it. Money in hand and everything. BEYOND words to say how upset and mad I am at this dealership.

Our cars are first come first served basis unless we have a deposit. We had no deposit and sold the car to a local customer who was prepared to buy the vehicle the same day. Please understand that this is standard practice at most dealerships, including your uncles.

Nice buying experience. No games or high pressure. Having the Carfax report on hand was nice as well. The car was delivered washed and detailed, and looking great. A plus all around! Worth the drive

Great selection of imports. They had good prices, and were easy to deal with. All of their inventory can be found on their website, which was a nice way to preview their inventory. They also provided a free Carfax report. A very nice buying experience.
