I’ve had an appointment with Ricky Villaverde. Few things. First, I am a man of my word, we’ve had an appointment at 11:15, I was there right on time for you, then you ignored me and dropped me with another guy. That was very disrespectful and disappointing from you. Second and more importantly. When you have a customer to see a car, make sure the car is spotless and does not look like crap like this one. This was very disappointing from you and very disrespectful. I never ever going to visit this dealer and making sure all my friends never go there.

I have been in the Automobile business 44 years, R U N from ALL Plattner stores. Read the reviews folks they do t lie, DOUG PLATTNER DOES. Cars are not only overpriced their not all safe. PLEASE RESEARCH. LOTS OF LEGAL THIGS COMING DOWN THE PIPELINE.

We purchased a vehicle on 3/10, it had just been traded
We purchased a vehicle on 3/10, it had just been traded in and was filthy... We took a test ride and the saleslady rode in front. Everything appeared to be good so we walked inside to do the paperwork. The saleslady made an appt for a detail at their dealer in Labelle on Monday 3/13. When they looked at the car they realized the back up mirror was upside down. My husband immediately drove back to the dealer we purchased from and they made an appt to address the mirror on 3/27 (soonest available). I got a call from "Rich" the dealer manager we bought from on 3/29 and was tild nothing he could do. I also found out the previous owner had found out through Galeana the mirror was a factory defect. We now have to pay 1100 for a new mirror.if the vehicle had been properly checked over before rush selling it this would have been caught.

Crooked dealer out for money
We were sold a car which had just came in and wasn't checked on Friday 3/10, we were taken a test drive with the sales lady in front. Other than the vehicle being filthy everything seemed ok. The sales lady made an appt for us to get the vehicle detailed in Labelle on Monday the 13th. When my husband was there the tech noticed the camera was upside down. Not True! If the vehicle hadbeen properly checked it would have been noticed. I put my contact info in on a truck they have for sale.
I put my contact info in on a truck they have for sale. I requested contact by text and they called anyways and send an email. Lol Upon contact, I tried to get the full price of the truck. They couldn’t give it to me so I sent a request by email. I got a reply but it wasn’t for the price of the truck with tax title and fees, it was an email that said a manager would call me to give me the price. I was almost 3 hours away so I didn’t want any surprises when I got there to buy the truck, It is now 3 days later and I have no reply. I get the feeling there’s a lot of hidden costs they don’t feel comfortable putting in writing or explaining unless they have you there in person. I’m thankful no one did call with a song and dance and waste 6 hours of my time driving there and back for nothing. I guess you could take this as a good review lol.

Good Experience
I just can't say enough about Plattner's Automotive and the guys that work at the Lehigh location. We had been looking for another vehicle for a while when I went online saw a vehicle that I like and visited the Lehigh office. Chuck was helpful as was Tom in finance.

Dishonest Liars. Don't waste your time.
The cars showing on the website are not in stock. They are dishonest liars. Don't waste your time and money. Communication is horrible. I requested information about a vehicle. I asked if Stock: A87855 VIN 1FTFX1CF8DFA87855 was available for financing and they replied yes overthephone. I know he was looking at the same vehicle I was, because he mentioned the right year without me saying it. All to make me drive 45 minutes to the dealership next morning and when I got there I was told this vehicle was sold a while ago. I showed him some cars on their website and they said they are gone. Very disappointing.
