Bottom line: this is a great team! Do not assume this dealership is an old fashion used car swindler. I cannot say enough positive things about the Patterson sales team and the repair shop. They have the best customer service you could ask for. I recently purchased a Yukon from them and this team not only gave us a great deal but then continued to care about us as customers well after the purchase.

Jay and Charlotte helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we could not be happier. They did not attempt to sell us something more expensive or pressure us in any way. Everyone there was knowledgeable and helpful and made every single step of our purchase easy. They have an awesome selection and prices are much more reasonable than the other places we checked. You can tell they really care about their customers.

These guys are great to work with! After a few weeks of looking for a new truck I kept seeing their inventory online, I decided to go over and see the truck that I was interested in. The truck was just as clean in person as it was in the pictures! After speaking with Jay for sometime I felt very comfortable in what I was buying! After three weeks of searching and researching the perfect vehicle for me, I found it at Patterson. Living about 6 hours away, I had to make a special effort to get there and then take the car back..
