I honestly would not even give them a 1 rating .
I honestly would not even give them a 1 rating ....we bought our teenage daughter an 8,000 car from them which we brought back multiple times in 2 months for the same issue of dash board flickering on her at night, having to be jump started multiple times and now this last time I was told there was a "mice issue" which has been the problem since the beginning and they will not fix it ...we do not have mice the problem NEVER HAVE ...issue started happening right away and they kept putting a "bandaid" on the issue...now they are saying they wont pay for it and we have to file it through our home owners??....NEVER EVER AGAIN will we buy a vehicle from them! Very bad and unsafe experience for our teenage daughters first car! Why offer to pay for the bandaid interventions but not the real problem?? According to their explanation of "as is" they should have never even paid for the bandaid repairs?? 🤔. Was that just to keep me quiet until I was past a certain point of purchase? Not the way to do business in a small town...

very unsatisfied
This is my 3rd vehicle I purchased from them in 4 years, the first was a new 2019 Edge, that I had constant problems with and ended up trading in to a Chevy dealer with 27000 miles on it, the other vehicles was a 2004 Ford Pu and ended up spending $1000 went I brought it home because of a computer chip, and recently bought a 2012 silverado and think there is a wheel bearing issue or cvc joint issue, I have only had this for 2 weeks now and already having issues, and to make matters worse I ordered a key fob from them and they called me to see if I could come in and pay for it and pick it up but they said they wouldnt be able to program it for me for a week, I am tired of this run around and wont be doing anymore service work or anything there!

Motor that is now shot!!!!
My car broke down 20 miles after leaving there shop!!!! They clearly covered up there mistake and left me hanging. To top it off I broke down leaving there after having my car towed back to the dealership. After talking to the general manager it was very clear they had no intentions of making this right. Colin offered me 500 dollars for in his words a crappy situation he can keep it.My clasic car motor is now shot. Word of mouth travels a long way. The sad part is I bought two new vehicles in 2020 from this dealership. If your vehicle breaks down after leaving this dealership take it to a different garage and then contact schwieter. It will save you alot of headaches.

No Brakes!

Dealership is using bait and switch scams
I found a vehicle for sale through this dealership. After inquiring about it I found the dealership had changed the listing price and miles. They had increased the price by 20% and the miles went from 154,000 to 214,000. After some back and forth and sending the screenshot that they didn’t expect me to have they claimed it never came through multiple times. I offered their original listing price plus TTL and they refused. Seems like a bait and switch scam is going on.
