Was in contact with scheduler named Pristine. Asked her if vehicle was there. She said yes and scheduled our visit. We drove almost 2 hours. Got there and vehicle wasn't there. Salesman was very apologetic and said would let me know when it was in and take pics and send them to me. About mid week the next week, I called the salesman to see if vehicle was in. He said it came in yesterday and would send me pics. Wife seen they posted pics on line but I never received anything. Finally the day before we were supposed to go view the vehicle, he sends me pics. Then, the morning we were heading there to view the vehicle, the salesman sends me a text saying vehicle sold last night. If I would have driven there AGAIN for nothing I would have been livid! I also had previously let Pristine know what happened and I got zero/nothing for a reply. What a horrible excuse for customer relations!! My advice to anyone, especially coming from outside of town, DO NOT go to this establishment!!!!!

Beware of Napleton Kia – Ripoff Artists at Their Finest!
Beware of Napleton Kia – Ripoff Artists at Their Finest! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Napleton Kia is the definition of shady dealership tactics, and they have absolutely no ethics. They tried to charge me $500 for wheel locks that cost $30 anywhere else. When I questioned it, they acted like it was a normal charge! And it gets worse—they sell a "Kia Certified Warranty" that is actually FREE from Kia! Yes, you read that right. They try to make it seem like you're getting a deal when in reality, they're charging you for something that costs them nothing. Classic bait and switch! The salespeople and even the manager were dismissive and rude when I called them out on their pricing. They have no problem taking advantage of customers who don’t know better. DO NOT waste your time or money here! Take your business to a dealership that values honesty and integrity—this place has neither. Run far, far away!

Mayssam was awesome at getting me into the 2025 Kia K5 GT that I'd been trying to find for a while. I showed up for an appointment on q Friday morning and somehow miraculously Napleton had a GT with the GT1 package on the lot, unclaimed! By Friday night I left after all the crazy financial signature crud with possibly the last ICE car I'll own! Mayssam knew darn near every feature of the car and guided me through setting everything up, which was much appreciated.

Scheduled to go and buy a 2022 Genesis G70 they had.
Scheduled to go and buy a 2022 Genesis G70 they had. Mentioned I was going to buy today and that I just needed a little wiggle room on the price. Sounded like they’d be willing. Couple hours later before my appointment I was told that the car suddenly had a turbo issue that needed to be replaced. Then was told it was just the blow off pipe, and that they’ll reach out when it’s fixed. Then was told they had someone there earlier willing to pay full price once it was fixed. Enough with the games, I was willing to buy it today for just a tiny bit less ($300). Shout to the sales manager named Garett T McComb for all of this. Update 01: They called me back offering $500 off the price to remove the review. Which I was willing to do but wanted to ask if they would do $150 additional as well as the amount they originally offered on my trade in. I posted the review originally because of the games. Next thing I know the manager called me to confirm whether that was the number I asked for and he hung up on me when I confirmed. When I asked for the Salesman to call me to confirm whether they would do the $650, I was told to no longer talk to them and that they won’t do business with me anymore. This was from Sevion L Hastings.

The service department is terrible.
The service department is terrible. I brought my vehicle in because AC was not working. The vehicle was covered under full manufacturer warranty. I was charged $305.99 for coolant to be put in the vehicle. A new vehicle should not need coolant unless there is an underlying issue. They said they checked for leaks but obviously did not. I had to take my vehicle to Lou Fusz Kia where it was checked properly and the cause of the problem was a leak in the AC line. I worked with Matt Oswald at Kia Napleton who led me to believe he was the manager when indeed he was not. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND KIA PRODUCTS. I drove a toyota prius for years and never had any issues. The least KIA can do is stand behind their products.

Do not buy from this dealership!!! I almost bought a used car from them, but it died 3 times on the way home from the dealership. When I called, they offered a refund or to fix it for free, which I was impressed with at first. After a week of not returning my calls, they said the car was fixed and ready for pick up. When I questioned what part they fixed on the car, the manager wouldn't answer my question, but instead told me to just take the refund. Come to find out, they just changed the sparkplugs and a serpentine belt, and put it back up for sale. Neither of these items would cause the car to just die while driving down the road at 60mph. They knowingly are selling a car that is a huge safety hazard! Don't buy the 2014 Kia Sorento LX with 81,000+ miles on their lot...its not fixed and someone could seriously get hurt when it dies on them while driving! Makes you wonder what else they are hiding, or if they knew this car had issues when I bought it. Maybe that's why they offered a refund so quickly....

The salesman was very nice humble and polite towards customer. However his manager seemed somewhat dishonest. When he asked for the price that we want to offer he didn’t give real price. After we gave our offer and locked the amount he mentioned oh I forgot to add this and that. Which increased the price. If we had known it before, we would have negotiated it better.
