Drove 1.5 hours to take a look at what appeared to be a great deal on a great truck. Walked in and the sales guy seemed nice enough. Handed me the keys and said take as much time as you need. The truck looked good from the outside but once you go under it the story changed fast. Rusted through brake lines, back shackles rusted through, and fuel pump bracket about to fall off from rust. That wasn't even the worst part. Open the door and you can see someone tried to screw the silly late back down. When i lifted it there was a few inches of water damage with standing water still under the floor mat. I walked back in to tell the sales man that they may have gotten ripped off (it happens to the best of us some times), he proceeds to tell me "I don't need to know about that stuff, I have guys that fix can fix it". I tried to explain the safety issues just as a good Samaritan so they could address the problems. I was immediately cut off and told to have a nice day. Please, for the safety of you and your family, have ANY car you are looking at from this dealer looked over with a fine tooth comb. P.s. I dont see how to upload photos but I offered them to the sales man who refused. So if he tries to rebutt my claims about the vehicles I have tons of proof to back up my claims.

I purchased a vehicle from them five years ago. It was a great car and I had a very pleasant experience then so I thought I would go back for my next car. I am single and was asking questions of Paul Walker trying to be careful and make educated decisions. Evidently Paul Walker was insulted by my question (Is there a 3 day contract rescission period in VA) and said I was insulting his integrity and "let's just call the deal off". I will never go back! A different dealership got my money that day!

Do not expect this dealer to wait on you.Called and was interested in buying a jeep and told them I could not make it until 6:15 and was told they would not wait even if there hours are advertised to be open until 7:00.Needless to say I purchased a Jeep else where.All for the best as I purchased somewhere else that was much better,cheaper,and wanted my Business

Paul Walker is a straight-forward man. He spoke truthfully, and did what he promised. I travelled 500 miles to conclude an amicable one-owner trade-in, acquyiring a specific vehicle I had been searching for over months' time. A real plus was the Car-Fax provided online (and hard copy later). Overall a very easy, pleasant experience. Fresh Virginia Title sent by 'Overnight' courier to conclude the deal properly. Strongly recommended.
