    What a horrible place, stay far away. We went in to check out a used car with my girlfriend, was basically blown off then told that I can't test drive... it for her (she doesn't drive in the city much). When I asked for the dealer's name I was given a big 'F U', followed by aggressive middle fingers in my face with the dealer walking towards me, it felt like we were about to have a physical altercation. There's no way I'd ever do business with an establishment where this type of behavior is allowed.

    Let me start by saying that it was a HORRIBLE experience with one of my local Ford dealerships that led me to finding Showroom Auto and I couldn’t be more... thankful. When I found a Showroom Auto listing on Carfax for a very affordable 2014 Raptor, I instantly called them to ensure that it was still available. I was informed that the truck was generating a lot of interest from across the country and that the dealership stands by their “first come, first served” policy. At the time, I was unsure of when I would be able to come look at the vehicle so I thanked them for their time and told them that I would setup an appointment at another time. A day later, Sunday (when they were closed), I texted them to let them know I would be arriving as soon as they re-opened on Monday. I got up at 3am, hit the road, and drove 5 hours to get there 30 mins before they opened. I then linked up with Angel and Chris (both outstanding people) and test drove the Raptor. I was instantly sold and we began the financing process of trading in my vehicle and getting a loan for the Raptor. Unfortunately, another gentleman named Jack (review below me) traveled from Texas to look at the Raptor; however, I had already committed to buying it. While I can sympathize with his frustration of not arriving in-time, I cannot condone his review or disrespect for this dealership. When I left my house at 3am I knew the dealership’s policy and was prepared to have to turn around and drive home empty handed if I was too late. That’s life...you get to the store after the last Turbo Man is sold and you move on to the next store. I don’t intend to kick someone while they are down but at the same time, people need to understand what actually transpired. Jack did not pay a deposit nor a down payment and the dealer informed him of his competition. Anyways, besides that conundrum, Showroom Auto was great. They gave me a fair value on my trade in, offered an excellent price that was below market value for the Raptor, secured a warranty and assisted in financing. Not only that, but they treated me well and even bought me pizza since I had travelled so far. The entire process was smooth and they treated me like family. Of all the dealers I have dealt with, this was the best. If you’re filtering through all the mixed reviews, this is what you should know so that you have a great experience: 1) the internet price is THE price...that’s what you’ll pay for the vehicle, 2) you have to add in taxes, destination fees and the warranty (not optional). Expect to pay at least $3K more on top of the vehicle’s price (give or take depending on your specific vehicle). Other than that, you’re getting a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with a great warranty from great people. If you know that going in, you’ll drive away happy. Thanks Chris, Angel, and the whole Showroom Auto team for being honest and treating me well and putting me behind the wheel of an amazing Raptor.

    DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD IS NO GOOD! We were super interested and in love with one of their vehicles and called to reserve it 3 DAYS BEFORE flying 2,000... miles to get it and we show up just to find out someone had walked in and in the words of the salesman “beat us to it” even though we reserved it, proceeded to waste 2 hours of our time and left a sour taste in our mouths. Do not trust the slimy xxxxs they will screw you just to get an extra penny 0/10

    Jack, I understand that you're upset and frustrated because we had the best Ford f-150 Raptor in the best condition with the best mileage for the abso...lutely lowest price in the whole country that's why you flew from Texas to New York to buy it but we informed you more than 5 times before you came that there were other customers just as interested as you were, 6 others customers to be exact from as far as Florida. I agree, you did want us to hold the truck for you but we were clear that we work on a "first come first serve basis". We made that absolutely clear as a matter fact the customer who bought the truck left his house at 3am in the morning drove 4 hours and was at our door 30 minutes before we open, he was more determine to buy the truck than you were. Again, I understand your frustration and knew that you really wanted to buy the truck but we were absolutely clear and transparent with you the whole time and we stand firmly behind our policy of first come, first serve. Thank you for your interest and we're sorry we couldn't have done business. Hope you find a nice truck. Take care.

    I called and spoke to a miss genisis the receptionist. She was polite and surprisingly knowledgeable. She directed me to a salesman who could not give... me an actual cash price. And no I did not ask for a discount. I specifically asked if I had to buy the warranty in order to purchase the car... Stay away!

    Very nice showroom! I bought i car from them back in October 2018. I am always weary of warranties but know the two best CPO warranties are through NIADA... and Motortrend !! There was only 12 NIADA CPO dealers in NY and Showroom was indoors, and i compared Carfax reports beforehand with other ones. It seems showroom buys the cars with least issues. I dont review dealers until I've had the car for a year. Well, their warranty has paid off. I've gotten over $7600 paid from the Warranty for gaskets on my BMW 335 and the rear main seal. I drive hard and take it to the track sometimes too, so I knew I was gonna put pressure on the car. I've paid only $200 in deductibles on the warranty and it's paid off. If you know what you're doing, this is an awesome dealer. Make sure you buy CPO and from NIADA or Motortrend CPO dealers!!!

    I just purchased a vehicle from Showroom Auto this past weekend and I am very happy with the level of customer service I received, the young lady in the... front (Genesis) was super nice and welcoming, my sales person Chris was so knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to explain the whole buying process and even gave us pointers on some other un-related things!! From start to finish these guys were really good, the vehicle is in great shape and I couldn't be happier!! Showroom Auto is a great place to buy a car!

    I would never do business with these disreputable people - pristine car they purported was a rust bucket - bad bad bad bad bad business - wasted $189 on... a car inspection - the pictures online vs reality was sad - Owner Chris told me to buy a 2019 model - laughable

    Mr. Paul was also hoping to walk on water like Jesus. This vehicle he's talking about is a 2005 Toyota, Paul said because we told him that the car is ...in good shape that should of meant that the car is in pristine condition like it just came out of the new car Showroom. Paul was yelling from the top of his lungs that we should reimburse him for the money he spent to have someone look at the car. For a 14 years old vehicle, the truck is in great shape with some rust underneath which is common for all these Japanese cars of that era. Mr. Paul is angry because our 14 years old Toyota should look like a 2019 vehicle.. Good luck, Paul take care. Read less

    First of all, If you found the car you are looking for at Showroom Auto, do not hesitate to go, otherwise, the car you want will be gone in a minute and... you don't want to regret that. Their inventory are in immaculate and pristine condition. Angel , the man who help me out getting the car I want went smoothly from the very beginning till the end. He is a true gentleman. In addition, Chris help me out to get approved for the loan and able to manage my monthly car payment that I can afford. I will highly recommend this dealer and definitely will buy my next purchase (BMW X5/X6 M SPORT).
