So this will be the second vehicle I've purchased from

So this will be the second vehicle I've purchased from this company. The salesman Richard is a slimy sales person. He was supposed to run my vehicle as business not in my personal name. 2 months later I found out they did not do this.Tbe sales people are lying at this establishment when their lips are moving. My vehicle AC went out, and the tranny went out. It turns out that even though they say they have mechanics look at their vehicles, they do not. My truck broke down in the first month. I was with-out it for weeks awhile Chevy fixed a recall and another failure in the tranny. I feel like this time I was taken for a ride. Someone had broken into the passenger side what appears to be about four times, the AC doesn't work, and there was only one good Tire on the truck. They offered to send me to their tire shop Because I could get a discount and buy the tires, but I could get the tires cheaper than they could. Also they use AI as a loan company which was the most irritating thing I've ever been through. Unless they fix my AC and get me four new tires I will never buy a truck from these people again. They will sell you bre=oken vehicles, and they will do what ever it takes to get you to sign. Run the other way.

I had a great experience buying my truck sight unseen

I had a great experience buying my truck sight unseen with the help of my salesman Tony he went above and beyond with pictures and videos that I requested that made me comfortable with my purchase it was everything he told me it was and more. He rode the sale all the way to the end and took care of every detail I would definitely recommend him to anyone who was looking at buying a vehicle from him especially if you were not able to be there 👍👍

Richard was amazing! He made me very comfortable with talking to him about buying a vehicle, like I have known him for a long time! He made it a great experience and an easy process, I hope I will get to purchase my next vehicle from Richard and dye autos!!

DYE AUTO IS THE BEST

Tony worked very hard to get us a great deal on our beautiful car. He was extremely courteous and very efficient. I have not had such a positive experience at a dealership, ever!! I will be buying my next vehicle from TONY!

Dye's Auto did right by me

I have watched Dye's inventory and reviews for years. I finally made a purchase, and I am quite satisfied! Richard was my sales rep. He was super chill and had all the answers to my questions. No pressure, no BS. He got me what I needed and in a very short turn around. Tony was involved in the transaction as well to ensure a good customer experience. I got a sweet ride, a great warranty and no complaints! Thank you!
