Drove from Greentown, PA to Vestal, NY because they had a used car we had been looking for as did other places closer to us. The customer service at all the other local dealers did not compare to that of Feduke Manley's. The atmosphere of their office is very friendly and inviiting. We had the priviledge of dealing with Gerow. He was the nicest man! He listened and really got to know us to better cater to our wants and needs. Best experience we have ever had while buying a car. Also, their service guy, PJ, did a wonderful job detailing our car before we drove away in it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Gerow to anyone who is looking to buy a car. When we need to replace our cars in the future I will keep Feduke Manley's in mind. It is so worth the drive!

This is the second time I purchase a car from John Manley. He's blows apart that negative reputation that used car dealers have. John cares more about making customers than making money. He sold me a great car at an incredible price... and he was over the top in customer service and appreciation. Hands down the BEST used car dealer in Broome County... maybe even the state! John was easy to work with. I had a pretty good idea of what my upside-down trade would bring, and John was right in line. The vehicle we got, an 05 Excursion, was in fine shape for the year and mileage. I recommend John Manley for a fair deal and a clean buying experience.
