I would never do business with this dealership again. My wife and I made a four hour round trip to purchase a low priced CX5. Numerous texts about the vehicle. When we get there the "2 wrecks with light damage" vehicle had been hit in the side hard enough that the door was replaced and the computer needed replaced because the dome light warning never went off and you had to open the car with a key. Not a few scratches and minor damage as represented in their ad. If you do buy there make sure you get the Carfax first and study it hard. If it appears to be a really "Great Deal" I'd go somewhere else, quickly!

Had a great experience with Zane and Zach in sales and John with finance. These guys didn’t pressure me for a sale. They sold me the vehicle I wanted and they worked hard to make sure it happened with no pressure on me. I’ve had a rough year and this anxiety of mine is a little less because they were able to help me find something that helps me feel better. If you need a new vehicle a used vehicle definitely go see Zane or Zach and John in finance. I will be back down the road the way they treated me.

Had a great experience dealing with Zach, Zane and John and finance. I’ve had a rough year and my anxiety’s been tough, and it was time for me to do something nice for myself, so they help me find a newer used vehicle for myself. They never pressured me with their sales tactics. They knew what I wanted. They gave me a great deal and they gave me a great trade and they were just no pressure sales. I loved it and they help me with some technical stuff dealing with the trade. If you need a new vehicle, go see Zane Zack and John at superior Mazda. They were awesome five stars for me.

I had a Great car buying experience at Superior Mazda. I was looking for a good used car to replace an older one which I had been saving to pass on to my third grandson. I was grateful to meet Matt as my sales person. Matt was honest, professional and very transparent with the car facts of the three vehicles I wanted to look at. He answered all my questions, but if he did not know he found someone who could. As an example, I had a question on android auto. Matt said he would get the technical guru Gavin. Gavin answered my question and gave me more tips on how to use it. I was also grateful to meet Maggie in the lot. She had briefly helped me as Matt was finishing up with another customer. In the meantime I had tested out three cars and Maggie had noticed I did not have my phone. My phone apparently fell between the seats on one of the cars and she helped find it. Thanks Maggie. Great experience for me and the whole team deserves 5 stars. I look forward to driving my new used car to Texas to visit my elderly sister. Happy Thanksgiving!

WILL NOT BUY MAZDA AGAIN
Bought new vehicle with 5 miles on it 12,000 miles on a 2023 vehicle tire went bad No damage to the tire or wheel. Large bubble appeared on the side wall. Manufacture defect told need extend warranty my a$$! payed 300.00 for new tire on a new vehicle. Your bunper to bumper warraty sucks! would not even condsider prorating. Now you made 300.00 and still going turn it in to mazda for warrenty double your money

Do not trust Superior Mazda re-conditioning effort
Let me start by saying this is NOT about our salesman. Ben was very nice and NO pressure. Our problem was with the “re-con” and finance side. Ben steered us away from a car that had mechanical issues they couldnt seem to solve. He found us the exact car we wanted after a few days. Re-con said it had been thoroughly inspected but when we drove it for the last time before we bought it, the engine light came on. Thankfully just the oil needed to be changed, even though they “said” it had been. I’m not sure they ever really did change it. Then, after we took the car to our daughter 4 hours away, the car died on her and the battery was old and had quit within 4 days of us purchasing it. Once again we were told that all those kind of things would be fixed, tires, brakes, battery, fluids all the cheap easy stuff basically. We feel very lied to and have no trust in their team anymore. It cost my daughter over $200 to go get a new battery. Also the finance guy Chris was nice enough but be aware of the “extended warranty” scam. They will offer it to you for what sounds like a great deal of $2400 but they throw that into the sales price and you will have to pay sales tax on it. Oh and then if you decline they pull out another piece of paper to offer the same thing for $1800. Made me furious so I declined. Lastly, they said they would take care of the cost of the battery and mail us a check. It’s been 2 weeks and no check. They also asked us to take down our google review since they were paying us for the battery. I said when we see the check I will take down or adjust my bad review. Well no check, and now I can’t even open google reviews for them.

Would absolutely not refer
Friendly staff. And almost bought a vehicle. However manager Gavin totally led us another direction. Felt very pushed to not do a cash purchase. I understand their desire to do financing and why. But not to this degree of loud persuasion-Before we left the entire showroom staff was aware (and laughing at our expense) of the ordeal. Thanks but no thanks. We went elsewhere with the total opposite experience, ended up with a better deal altogether ( it can be done) I cant say enough good about the purchase we made elsewhere and cant warn you enough to not go with Superior Mazda. Be ready to do what you want and need not what they do. In good conscience could never refer you to this business.

Outstanding Customer Service
Rosie Young at this dealer was a fun salesperson to deal with. We texted in the beginning before we arrived for the test drive. She took the time to take pictures and answered all my questions. what a pleasant experience we had with Rosie. Gavin Pannell is the sales manager and knows the importance of customer service. He closed the deal and gave this old couple a great deal. Ambur Davis was our finance manager. She was so sweet to us. It had been a long day as we drove 4 hours to buy this truck. She did not pressure us and was very thorough in the paperwork. Ambur even went out of way and got us an even lower interest rate than we were quoted. This is a great dealership and very nice people. It is a state-of-the-art facility and absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this Mazda dealer. Thanks everyone! Jim and Michelle Everett
