Inver Grove Honda

This is my second new Honda CRV from Inver Grove Honda. They have been easy to deal with without pressuring us. That's another reason we come back. The only slight hiccup is that I had my hear set on a light bllue color and find that it is not made any more and I also wanted a 6j-disc CD player which is mo more either. But neither of these things is the dealers fault.

The appearance of the dealership was very nice. The sales associates were very friendly and willing to work with us. The vehicle was clean and presented well. We were very pleased with this dealership!

I have had wonderful service at Inver Grove Honda in the past so went there again seeking a new vehicle. My salesman was Richard Utley and I felt VERY comfortable talking with him and felt he listened to my concerns and made me feel good about the choice I was about to make. He put me through the steps of the sale and introduced me to several people that I would be dealing with, such as the service dept and the business office. Other sales people were very friendly and I felt "at home". I was explained by Richard, every function on my vehicle and felt comfortable leaving there in my new vehicle. He took alot of time for just "me" I had several phone numbers to contact with questions (if any)so every base was covered. My experience was the best I had ever had with any dealership. Everyone involved was courteous, kind and most helpful.
