Vince is great, he’s not like your ordinary salesman who’s just trying to sell you something quick and get you out the door. He takes time to figure out what your needs (and wants) are before suggesting what he sees as fit. He’s also hilarious and witty so it doesn’t feel like you’re just talking to a robot the whole time. Overall, after my experience with Vince, I’ll never work with another salesperson again.

Had a wonderful experience with Jack Goldberg at Ray Catena Edison. I ordered a 23 GLC back in January. Ordering was easy and jack was great at explaining features and options since the car hadn’t been fully released yet. As you know it’s hard to commit something that you’ve never seen before. As the months went by, Jack kept me in the loop as to when the car was expected and where it was at in the shipping process. When the day finally came, we set up a time to meet and sign for the car. When I got held up at work, Jack took it upon himself to bring the car to me! A true professional in every way and when it’s time for my next Mercedes or when someone I know is looking for one, I will most certainly send them to Jack at Catena!
