Buy from Jeff better experience than most dealers

I purchased a pickup from them had lil issue w it he immediately fixed problem and more than expected. I would recommend this guy over any dealership.

Unpretentious but Wow!!

Looking for a reliable car for our kids, found a low mileage car listed at Ferino in Newtown, PA ( actually Wrightstown) went to check it out, met Jeff, test drove the car it had a couple minor issues, talked to Jeff about a "cash" price, he knocked a few hundred dollars off his asking price, I liked the car, I liked dealing with Jeff more so, the deal was done, verbal agreement to get the car ready and to call me when it was ready to go. Jeff called the next day, went with the money, picked up the car, it was without question the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car (new or used) If you're looking for a quality used car make sure you check this dealership out! Every car sold comes with a 30 day warranty (per Jeff) which also put any doubts at ease!

I've come to know Jeff Ferino after the purchase of three vehicles. My experiences have always been without exception, ... cordial, friendly, straight forward, warm hearted and comfortable. Review of Ferino Brothers and Jeff

I purchased a 2002 Cadillac Deville DHS from Jeff in May of 21'. Unfortunately, the car had an issue with overheating, but this only would happen on hot days after about 40 minutes of driving. I contacted Jeff, and he sprung into action, had it towed back to the lot, and had the shop work on it. The issue ended up being a highly complex issue with the head gaskets and head bults. Jeff tried tirelessly to find a way to fix the vehicle, but it just seemed it wouldn't be the most cost-effective method. Jeff even had a GM-specific mechanic look into the issue, and he stated that the fix could result in the problem coming back. Jeff told me he would not have had it fixed just to lead to me having future issues potentially. Jeff refunded my money, including what I paid for tax and tags. At no point was I ever jerked around. He always answered his phone and texts. (One time, he texted me back at like 1 am. I work overnight, so that's when I'm up). In regards to how Ferino Brothers conduct business, I don't have one complaint. It is too bad they were misled when buying the Deville, which lead to them selling it to me unaware of the unusual and complex issue. All in all great experience from a business /company standpoint, and Jeff was one of the most honest business people I've ever dealt with.

Review of Ferino Brothers and Jeff

Be careful and get EVERYTHING in writing!

Hi this review is for anyone interested or about to purchase a Vehicle from Ferrino Brothers. I recently purchased a car there and was told I have a 30 day warranty for the car and whatever goes wrong they will repair. As we drove the vehicle we noticed things were going wrong with the car. The actuators were both bad, along with the bad spark plugs were impacting how the car drove. They eventually fixed it after a little hassle. I had a problem with my gas gauge, it drops from 100 miles until empty to zero miles till empty immediately. His response was just get gas then. There were still more things that we wanted to address and we brought it to their attention and they started to stay ?we aren?t giving you anything else free?. They claimed it was just ?power train? warranty. But we have the papers and texts claiming that it said no such thing. If you decide to proceed and purchase a car from this place, I advise you to take it to YOUR mechanic first, have them give you a list of what?s wrong and get it in writing from Ferino that they will fix them BEFORE buying! Don?t let them tell you they are mechanics and looked the car over. It?s bull! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

Im sorry your not happy Howard our goal has always been to keep the customer happy at any cost but you are not reasonable with your requests. We have the paper work stating 30 day power train warranty and I went above and beyond that. I fixed everything with no hassle at all and even offered a loaner car. Your just 1 of those people that want everything for nothing. Fuel gauge is not power train. I also gave you the car at my COST and you know that. Jeff

Highly recommend Jeff! No nonsense! Experienced!

Got my car from Jeff about a year ago. I was nervous getting my first car on my own as an adult. But Jeff made me feel at ease, didn?t pressure me with salesman nonsense. He is an experienced mechanic who knows his stuff. Offered to fix anything I noticed that wasn?t working on the car, and did fix it! He has even been a good contact to have with questions over the past year. Wish he was closer to me for routine mainetence but I live in NYC. He made it a Very nice experience in the stressful world of buying a used car and is NOT a sneeky salesman. Highly recommend him and in the future will be sending friends his way and will return to him when the day comes and I need a new car. But don?t see that time coming anytime soon for me, as he helped me get a reliable keeper! Super happy customer!
