Read before going to this dealer I highly recommend not to go here if you want to get a vehicle that's reliable. Sadly I did not look at the reviews prior to going and now I am in a s***** situation. Yes believe those One Star reviews. They were telling the truth. They aren't accredited by the Better Business Bureau. That should of been my red flag. We recently purchased a vehicle from here yes they were very nice and kind in the beginning they even offered/promised us a lot of things if in case things went wrong with the vehicle they were there to help. The vehicle was purchased and within days I had to take it back three times for issues. It wasn't till I got the car inspected at another dealer where I found all of the REAL issues with the vehicle I had purchased here at 605. Yes I know these cars are used. I've bought used cars before but this car has been a nightmare or at least the dealer. Now that I come to them to help me with the real issues they sent me to the warranty company after I had arrived with the car with a tow truck they didn't even bother to help me AND we had to show proof of what is going on with the vehicle. It's as if they didn't believe or didn't want to deal with us anymore. They kept reminding me that I can take it else where. They just Cashed out and didn't bother to follow up PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT BUY YOUR CARS HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I wish it was an option to give zero stars but is not, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS, I bought a car from them March 28, to begin with the price was different than what they advertise on the website, that should have been a RED FLAG but I continue dealing with Alejandro, Diego, Rigoberto, I sent in the payment and a few days the car arrived (I live in Arizona) have in mind this car is a 2019 Nissan Sentra I paid $17,672. the car was basically dismantled before arrival, scratches everywhere, parts missing, light broken, tires, one of each brand in the worst possible condition, 7 tire nuts missing, a sensor missing, car manual missing, I started talking to Rigoberto who said to send in receipts and they will reimburse, or buy the parts missing and send them to me, I am still waiting on the parts they promise to replace, still waiting on the reimbursement for the tires I needed to buy, and now Rigoberto is not responding to my messages. if you really want to save some headaches PLEASE AVOID THIS CAR DEALER they will take your money really fast but never accept responsibility or make things right

Trust me I know it may be tempting but you will really regret going to this place. The prices they list on their website are totally fake and they will change them the second you get there. They actually sent me on the road in a car with faulty brakes that they claimed was in "perfect condition". This is one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever been to I'm shocked it's still up and running.
