Best car buying experience ever. Chad was great!
We purchased a 2023 XT6 and had the best experience during this process. I would recommend Lockhart and Chad our salesman to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Chad was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. Tom did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles on the new car. We have all of our vehicles serviced at Lockhart also. They are an all around great dealership. Thank you to the team at Lockhart.
Done right the first time

Overcharged for quoted service on oil change.
Called Lockhart service dept. for price on oil change for my SRX. Said it would be $49 . It was comparable to other competitors so I scheduled the service. After service was completed they charged me $59. I complained but was told that was the old price and who quoted and scheduled my service was new and wasn’t aware of the new price change. I would not have went there at the higher price. I felt the service schedulers are incompetent or they should have made corrected their mistake and gave me the lower price.

Gas and time is valuable.
Outstanding service from the 2 service tech I talk to. I just wish the person that said i need 1 or 2 filters would had me why it was i shop. Because I drove about 60 miles to get there. Same as the service light in dash should of been addressed.
Didn’t buy the car there.
Even though the car wasn’t purchased from Lockhart Cadillac, the service provided when a repair was needed was beyond expectations. I was waited on promptly and my concern was resolved in a timely manner. Service writer was very professional.

Lockhart Cadillac In Greenwood Indiana lied to Me
Went to buy a car they had for 24,000 paid 6,000 down ended up owning 37,500 gave me inc to fix everything I did not and still do t know what my 6,000 down went too. Did not show me nothing but sign here sign here me thinking there so nice people so I did . Tricked me I. To paying 37,500.00 for a 2019 car that they only ask 24,500.00 for now I ask them to take off all that inc stuff I know nothing about they had me fill out this paper so and told me I would be getting a check now for all inc stuff it was 5 days after i bought car. Then told me I had to Waite till I get bank payment book to put the account number on this form befor they can give me a check I’m not smart but I never thought they would do something like this to a 70 year old lady I can’t sleep over this I just don’t k is what the out come is going to be all I wanted was a car to go to get food to live now I just don’t know what to do I been ripped off I think I know I need some one to help me get this straightened out befor I have a nervous breakdown . I was told car had a new car warranty the day I bought it ran up there five days later to tell him I don’t want the insurance that they put on there and then they tell me I need the insurance because the car isn’t under warranty anymore it’s over three years old within five days there was no warranty no more I was lied to the whole time then you’re trying to say I need all this insurance that I don’t need they never showed me a breakdown of everything never told me where my 6000 I paid down on it went I just need help with those from somebody maybe I should call the better business I don’t know our attorney got to do something they’re not getting back with me I don’t know what the problem is I was to Ryan’s that I was messing with one Ryan show me the car and the other Ryan filled out the paperwork My name is Charlotte Wilde and I need help with this 37,500 for a 24,400 car I don’t know I need help please
Great to work with
I found my truck online and messages the dealership. Trevor responded and we set a time to look at the truck. We worked the details out and I drove home in my new to me 2016 Ram Long Horn. Everyone there was great and I will be purchasing from them again. George
