Was a very pleasant experience dealing with them.

Was a very pleasant experience dealing with them. We gave them a budget we had and they made it work and got us the auto we wanted. No high pressure sales or attempts at upselling. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new or used auto.

I had a great experience with Lockhart Cadillac in Greenwood. I needed service on my Saturn. Doug Haggard was the Service Advisor and he handled my situation and explained all the work that needed to be done clearly. I have been a customer of Lockhart since I bought my Saturn in 2002 and I have always had good service but I can tell they have gotten even better over the years.

Great experience from start to finish!

Great experience from start to finish! I bought online and the sales people went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They took detailed video of the car, picked me up at the airport, and were as kind and polite as could be. It was also the best deal around. Definitely recommend buying in person or online from this trusted dealership!

I had my XTS in for evaluation of my front struts (as we

I had my XTS in for evaluation of my front struts (as we have DEEP potholes here in Indy). Doug Haggard and the team were very good at communicating with me as to the extent of the problem, repairs required and time required to finish the work. I’m very pleased on all counts… I really feel that they worked to keep the costs in line as much as possible & worked effectively to get the car back to me as quickly as possible. Job well done!

Know what you're buying, because they don't!

Know what you're buying, because they don't! I purchased a used vehicle which was advertised, marketed and represented as having original factory warranty left. The paper provided to me said "6 months and 8,985 more miles" I took it to the brand dealership within 35 days to complete and open recall and inquired about the extended warranty options. While there, they informed me that it did NOT have any warranty remaining and I could not get the extended factory warranty I wanted. The answer from Lockhart was to sell me a warranty that would not likely cover much in the future (supposedly $10 over their cost), but they "didn't know" and "made a mistake". So charging me more money for their mistake. Do NOT sell something you don't know about and NOT stand behind the product.

We are very sorry that this happened. The 6 months and 8985 miles that we told you was information we got from Carfax. When we spoke to Lincoln the warranty started before the 1st owner titled the vehicle, which is not normal. We are calling Lincoln to see if we can get some assistance for you. I will give you a call when I get some answers from Lincoln.
