The proud history of the Lockhart Automotive Group originated with its founder Freda L. Lockhart. Mrs. Lockhart became Cadillac's first exclusive female dealer in the United States in January 1972. Mrs. Lockhart's son Marc Lockhart joined the business in 1974 and her daughter Lynn Kimmel joined in 1975.

Marc Lockhart is the dealer principal of Lockhart Cadillac and directs the daily operation of Lockhart Cadillac North in Fishers and Lockhart Cadillac South in Greenwood. Marc has been named Dealer of the Year an honor that General Motors only bestows on the most elite in the automotive business.

Lockhart Cadillac In Greenwood Indiana lied to Me

Went to buy a car they had for 24,000 paid 6,000 down ended up owning 37,500 gave me inc to fix everything I did not and still do t know what my 6,000 down went too. Did not show me nothing but sign here sign here me thinking there so nice people so I did . Tricked me I. To paying 37,500.00 for a 2019 car that they only ask 24,500.00 for now I ask them to take off all that inc stuff I know nothing about they had me fill out this paper so and told me I would be getting a check now for all inc stuff it was 5 days after i bought car. Then told me I had to Waite till I get bank payment book to put the account number on this form befor they can give me a check I’m not smart but I never thought they would do something like this to a 70 year old lady I can’t sleep over this I just don’t k is what the out come is going to be all I wanted was a car to go to get food to live now I just don’t know what to do I been ripped off I think I know I need some one to help me get this straightened out befor I have a nervous breakdown . I was told car had a new car warranty the day I bought it ran up there five days later to tell him I don’t want the insurance that they put on there and then they tell me I need the insurance because the car isn’t under warranty anymore it’s over three years old within five days there was no warranty no more I was lied to the whole time then you’re trying to say I need all this insurance that I don’t need they never showed me a breakdown of everything never told me where my 6000 I paid down on it went I just need help with those from somebody maybe I should call the better business I don’t know our attorney got to do something they’re not getting back with me I don’t know what the problem is I was to Ryan’s that I was messing with one Ryan show me the car and the other Ryan filled out the paperwork My name is Charlotte Wilde and I need help with this 37,500 for a 24,400 car I don’t know I need help please


Great to work with

I found my truck online and messages the dealership. Trevor responded and we set a time to look at the truck. We worked the details out and I drove home in my new to me 2016 Ram Long Horn. Everyone there was great and I will be purchasing from them again. George

Lockhart guaranteed I had a Caddy for 🦃day!

I was replacing a vehicle that was a total loss. Needless to say I was pretty bummed out but I found a beautiful 2015 Cadillac ATS online and lucky for me it was at Lockhart South. I made a phone call about the vehicle and the night before Thanksgiving the whole team stayed to make sure I got in my beautiful new to me Cadillac. I’ve never been to a dealership where I felt so relaxed and with no need to have my guard up waiting for the “but” statement. Lockhart Cadillac has a wonderful staff and I will be buying all my cars here in the future! PS hopefully not for a while lol.



Wes the finance manager is a liar. He will tell you lies upon lies to get you to purchase not only the vehicle but also extended coverages that won't ever be honored. The service staff are horrible. They don't care about you, your vehicle, or anything in between. All they care about is making a quick buck no matter how immoral or what lies they have to tell.

Their finance managers are not to be trusted. They upsold me on extended coverages such as paintless dent repair but the company it goes through refuses to cover anything they sold to me. I paid hundreds of dollars to be completely screwed over thanks to Wesley's sales tactics of it covers everything no matter the cause - you bring it in and it will be fixed promptly. Complete lies. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Responded to my vehicle enquiry same day.ade an appointment and had the vehicle in front ready to go upon my arrival. Vehicle had some cosmetic issues which the dealership fixed at their cost. They wouldn't negotiate on price but the vehicle was very reasonably priced to begin with. Would highly recommend provided you do your own price research.
