I was interested in a Lexus they had advertised so, sent an online an online inquiry. No one contacted me for days. than, I got an email from an management person asking me how my experience was and, what can they do to more for me. I responded back and told him that no one contacted me. I than got an email from a salesperson within hours. I was a t work at the time but had already put a deposit with another dealer.

Knowledgeable and Excellent Customer Service!
We went into Jim White Lexus to look at one vehicle after doing some online research and after a test drive decided to change our search to something very fuel efficient. Normally this would mean days of added research and time I just don't have to figure out what would best suit our family's needs. However, the salesman and the manager were incredibly helpful and we were able to narrow down our search quickly with some guidance. We never felt rushed, even when we were there at closing time. So professional and kind from start to finish, I am very happy to have stopped in--I have something that meets my needs perfectly and was able to still have my weekend to enjoy the family instead of going back and forth to other dealerships or haggling on price. Seriously the best price in town, combined with fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend stopping in, even if you are not looking for a Lexus, they have so many great vehicles.

I traded in a BMW and I leased a new Lexus IS from them. It was easy. Price was fair. Didn't take all day to get What I wanted. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help me and be there. I would recommend and buy again.

Worst Lexus Dealer
One of the worst Lexus dealer. Bought a 2010 Lexus GX 460, and brakes failed within 15 days < 500 miles. Called Jim White Lexus of Toledo, and they told me that its not their problem. My car mechanic told me that the brakes caliper were worn out, and your dealer must know about this. This would show up in any inspection. These guys are xxxxx! Stay away!

Jim White Lexus of Toledo
Recently purchased a used Lexus 430 LS from this dealership. The buying experience was no-hassle and the salesman (Barry H.) was a true professional in every sense of the word. The vehicle had 100,000 miles on it but the service records were impeccable and were shown to me during the buying process. I felt comfortable with the entire process and definitely would do business again here in the future. As the transaction played out I was turned over to the F&I guy who also treated me with utmost respect. He did not try to force me into any extended warranties, rustproofing specials, or any other dealer add-ons. I recently had an accident where my LS was totaled and I am unable to drive at this time. The salesman offered to deliver the vehicle after they completed the 90,000 mile service (timing belt, water pump, etc.) which was included in the deal. I live over an hour away and didn't ask for this this, he just offered this as a service that they provide. Thank you for a very enjoyable buying experience!

Used Car Purchase 2013 Chevrolet
I had been searching for new/used vehicle for 6 months. I found the vehicle I purchased on Cars.com which led me to Lexus of Toledo. The internet salesperson, Jason followed up quickly from my internet inquiry on a Sunday afternoon. I made my appointment to view/drive the vehicle the next day. This led me to a later afternoon purchase My purchase experience along with the no pressure sales etc.... was as smooth and informative as I could have wanted with a car purchase. Jason had worked to get what I needed in regards to an interest rate/trade of my older vehicle. Not every detail worked out exactly as I wanted but we both came to a close agreement and the new vehicle is parked in my garage. Thanks for your time Jason, I will be in touch!

Brought in Lexus vehicle for dash indicator light. Car in...
Brought in Lexus vehicle for dash indicator light. Car in warranty with 9600+ miles and one year old. Service agent refused to evaluate my vehicle unless I paid $35-50 for the initial evaluation. This is a vehicle that is under warranty! He told me to get vehicle evaluated where I purchased it and not with Lexus of Toledo. Further chastised and insulted me by stating since I live in the area, I should have supported this Lexus dealer and purchased it here. Took vehicle to Yark Jeep/Dodge and work done for no charge to me or warranty. Based on the treatment I received, I would never purchase any vehicle from Lexus of Toledo
