Anyone who uses Fair Oaks Ford.
Anyone who uses Fair Oaks Ford. Please be careful. Please photograph your odometer every time you leave your car with them. I cannot possibly express my disappointment in this dealership. The sales team have always been nice to me, as have all the staff, however we all make bad hires sometimes and as employers we should have the honor to make things right with those wronged. They do not. Long story short is that their service rep thought that it would be acceptable to use my car as his own as I left it with the dealer while I was traveling. He drove it to and from Berwyn every day for the first week I was travelling for work. Cheeky bugger also used the expressway 4 times and my iPass account makes they clear. Also makes it clear that he ran errands in my car not just commuted. In reality I came to know that this rep had been arrested for car theft only a month before. He is on the Chicago PD website. Although not convicted of a crime at the point of writing this, it is certainly not confidence inspiring knowledge. Said employee racked up several hundred miles on my car, used the tollways, that I had to pay for. I have no idea exactly what he could have used my car for. Left some permanent marks on my interior too. I can’t understand how stupid he can be. He works there. Cars have GPS and you can see where they are in the app all the time. And I have iPass. It’s all kind of obvious. I told the dealership that I wanted them to take back the car. I was and still am just so angry and betrayed. The dealership after having their attorney talk with mine, agreed to give me package of oil changes and tire rotations for the duration of the lease. Not want I wanted. I would have to sue them to get anything. Somewhere they have calculated that for every me who walks out the door, there are three of you who walk in. Don’t kid yourself when you walk in, you are not important. In the end I simply decided that it is not worth my time or money to pursue. They know this, and that is what they were making their bank shot hoping for. Again they are professionals at getting their way. I will not go back to this dealership so long as this rep is there. I may never go back. I have lost all trust. Anytime you go to any dealership pay attention. Never drop off without photographing the odometer, and give clear instructions as to what they can and cannot do with your car. I have learned my lessons. Just because guys work there doesn’t mean you can necessarily trust them.

Amazing Dealership! Service Department is friendly and on point! Dean, my recent salesman on my new Mustang was awesome; he did a great job at keeping me abreast of the status of my car and well as the delivery of the vehicle. Added bonus - this dealership has great snacks and coffee! its a little thing that makes a difference. Highly recommend this dealership

Service is great and no need to return,, it is repaired
Service is great and no need to return,, it is repaired right the first time, the service personnel always make sure you know what is needed and keep you updated. I have been to Fair Oaks Ford many times have always been very pleased and plan on continuing to have my car serviced by them. I mostly have dealt with John M and he is the greatest, and the other day I dealt with a different person ( a woman) I think her name was Jenny, and she was just a great . If you want great service and want to keep your car in ship shape this is the place to get it done,
