my exprence at killeen autobrokers was amazing, great cutomer sevice ,the employees were very friendly and as far as buying my car its was an amazing exprences they helped me get the car that i wanted and worked with me to make my exprence as easy as possible.killleen autobrokers is one of the best dealership in killleen and most importantly they honest.

The buying experience was very unpleasant. They have no customer appreciation. They sold me the car empty and refused to fuel it up. I had to go back to them several times after sale because They kept calling asking me for information that supposedly the bank was requesting before they sent them the money and when I would call the bank it was never true. Edward would not return my calls and kept lying to me about the status of my tags which I finally got today after several calls and trips back to the dealership and after going through two different temporary tags. He was friendly untill he received the money from the bank. After that he showed no concern or effort to keep me informed about my registration and even when I went to get them he offered no apology or showed any regret for the inconvenience of all the unnecessary trips I had to make back to them. I will never do business with them again and will advice everyone I know to stay away and avoid the headaches.

We are just amazed at how this facility has graciously helped us in our vehicle purchase!! Rusty, Edward, and Mr. Garcia are the very best!! These gentlemen will work with you until you get your approval even if it takes almost 3 months!! I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get a vehicle. Even if the vehicle you want is not available on the site they still can get that vehicle for you. You may think it's hard to get approved for a vehicle, but whether u have Bad Credit, No Credit, Repo, etc., Killeen Auto Brokers will still help you in getting a vehicle. We were turned down by 2 dealerships prior to going to KAB. So if you have not gotten a car and feeling down about credit issues and other issue, just think about KAB, the WILL NOT turn you down!!!

Great Customer Service, Awesome Sales Team, Very Respectful And They Stand With You Before, During And After The Sale. Every time i walked threw their doors, i was always greeted with the up-most respect, they qualified me with lil to bad credit, they helped me get into a vehicle as i was walking with my 3 children to and from work and school for the past 3 months, and its not easy being a single mother. now im dropping my kids to school in this beautiful Dodge Magnum, They Will Help you to every need and they wont leave you hanging like most other dealerships in killeen. Horrribbble customer service horrible buying experience .. the sales reps lie and the quality of service is very poor on top of that my friend was sold a lemon ....worst buying experience ever plus we are out of running transportation because the car that was sold to us a few months ago had a bad transmission and the dealer ship refuses to do anything about it. Dont waste your time buying junk. Never buy from this so called Christains. What happen to the lemon law . This has been the worst experience ever .o and i put one star because it would not let me leave it blank.!!

I went there looking for a used car and to do a trade in and on the first day they seemed really nice and helpful. The next day they were still pretty helpful. But by the third day I hadnt heard from anyone at the dealership about my credit application. So I had to call them and ask what was going on they were very short with me and told me to call back the next day. I did this and when the dealer answered this time he wouldnt even let me finish my sentences before he cut me off. He was rude and unfriendly with me. Needless to say they lost my business very quick like. If I could give them less stars I would. Stay Away!!!!!!

The people at Killeen Auto Brokers were more than willing to accomodate my newlywed husband and I due to our circumstances at the time. We were able to get a vehicle. I know they did everything they could to help us. They are caring and compassionate, and their agenda consist of more than "Making the sale". They help families. I would recommend Killeen Auto Brokers to any individual looking to purchase a vehicle.
