They did have what I was interested in but their price was almost double the median NATIONAL price, but still high in our local market.

We’ve purchased three vehicles from Excalibur and I can honestly say they’ve earned our trust. Jon Howell is our sales guy and he’s amazing. He’s super responsive, patient, and works HARD to get you what you want. And trust me… I’m needy 🤣 I ask 100 questions, want service history, details, ALL the things, and he always delivers without ever making me feel annoying. I also love that I can literally just text Jon and he always responds and provides whatever I’m asking for. That kind of communication and support matters SO much. Example: I bought my Audi and when I got home I realized the heater wasn’t really working right. No drama, no weird attitudes. I brought it back and they fixed it at no extra charge. That’s what I respect the most… they just make it right. Period. They truly stand behind what they sell and you don’t see that often anymore. Joe in Finance was awesome… calm, patient, and easy to work with. I’m not the type to just nod and sign… I ask questions and I pay attention 😂 and he handled it with total professionalism. Joe treated me with respect, answered everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure we got a deal that made sense for our family. He even threw in oil changes for one of the cars (which I appreciated a lot). Only complaint is he likes the Cardinals and I’m a Seahawks girl 🙃Also I just love the environment there. It’s welcoming, diverse, and it feels good being there. As a Hispanic woman, it honestly feels comfortable walking in and hearing your language, hearing the music, and just feeling that good energy. Joe had Mexican music playing when I walked into his office and I loved that. It’s the little things. Linda in Service/Body Shop deserves a HUGE shoutout. She is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond, tries to save you money, and makes sure you aren’t paying for anything you don’t need. She helped me through a really stressful time and I’m truly grateful for her. I had a great experience when we purchased a 2017 jeep sahara1 1\16\2026 Mr Jose Gutierrez was our go to person and u could not ask for a nicer guy to assist me in the purchase he was so helpfull also another sales person Thomas was very nice and helpful

I bought a BMW from them, and not only was the sale price already \$2,000 lower than anywhere else I looked, but they also gave us an additional discount of almost $500 on top of that! Victor was friendly, straightforward, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I took three different test drives. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a great deal and top-notch service.

Began being easy and fun buying experience. I'm a pre-qualified with my own Credit Union and Sunday was a nice quiet day. The follow through the next day stunk. The purchase order was incorrect and it took the dealership the ENTIRE day to send my credit union the correct vehicle cost. I had to be available to sign in order to not have the dealership funding source be used at a higher rate. John threatened me with using them because I was pushing them to FINISH my funding.... correctly would be nice. Really a poor excuse for professionalism. Don't recommend you waste your time.

I just bought my 2nd car from Joel @ Excalibur and once again I'm blown away by the service, I literally bought this PERFECT 2021 suv via txt msgs & voice txt cuz I work 6 days a week & have ZERO time to come in, the entire process took about 2hrs, after telling Joel what I wanted he txt'd me a link to a car he thought id like, it was perfect except it didn't have autostart, i told Joel, no way, gotta have autostart & he got me a factory installed autostart for FREE, who does that? i took a quick break from work to sign the paperwork, took it for a test drive & it's PERRRRFECT, I will never buy a car from ANYONE else, these guys have the best deals, super nice rides & their lightning fast! THANK U Joel @ Xcali in Kennewick, WA, im sooooo happy AGAIN!
