I just bought my 2nd car from Joel @ Excalibur and once again I'm blown away by the service, I literally bought this PERFECT 2021 suv via txt msgs & voice txt cuz I work 6 days a week & have ZERO time to come in, the entire process took about 2hrs, after telling Joel what I wanted he txt'd me a link to a car he thought id like, it was perfect except it didn't have autostart, i told Joel, no way, gotta have autostart & he got me a factory installed autostart for FREE, who does that? i took a quick break from work to sign the paperwork, took it for a test drive & it's PERRRRFECT, I will never buy a car from ANYONE else, these guys have the best deals, super nice rides & their lightning fast! They only use the instant cash offer price for trades. Not the actual trade in price. Don’t be fooled. The deal went smoothly otherwise.

These are the real scammers! They turn off the emergency indicators in the car and sell it, giving no guarantee or opportunity to return it. They offer insurance but the insurance won't work if you bought it when the car was in trouble. All the cars are in a state of disrepair. The owners are rude and say the deal is done, they deceive people who have been saving up for their car for very many years. Do not repeat my mistakes

As a 15 year old looking for my first car, I had a nice experience. Friendly and accommodating, they cleaned up the headlights so I could see better at night going the extra mile to help my first car feel like a new car, not just new to me car. Thank you Excalibur Sydney and Dad.

During the Covid times, I have been researching my cars online. First and foremost I found the website to be very informative to allow me to make a good choice of what I wanted for my needs and my budget. I was also able to apply for financing online before I set foot in the door. So I contacted the Excalibur Auto Group and had the joy of working with Lynn and Jerad. Lynn helped educate me about the Nissan Rogue I was interested in and Jerad put in a lot of effort to get me a good interest rate on New Years Day He succeeded and the effort the two of these people put into my experience and the information online made this all a seamless experience. We did talk about other cars on the lot that I may be interested in. After talking with me and listening to why I was looking for a car and learning a bit about me, they did not make the choice to buy for me. These two allowed to me think within my own value set to make the best choice for me and my family. These are not skills that can be taught. They are gifts that wonderful people and workers have, that set them apart from others. I also observed some of these skills in other workers on the premises.
