Jerry is an outstanding salesman.

Jerry is an outstanding salesman. He is very professional and respectful. My mother, in-laws, son and several friends have purchased cars from Jerry and I will never hesitate to send anyone to him.

Have bought 2 cars from here. Jerry has communicated with excellent and makes the buying process quick/painless!!! I look here first for cars that I’m interested in because I prefer to deal with him!

Great place to buy a car.

Great place to buy a car. Jerry is awesome and fun to car shop with. Very friendly and makes things a breeze. Facility is great as well. Feeling of family and very inviting. Service is amazing too. I will not buy or get my car serviced any where else...I will not even go look. Jerry is always the first and only person I call when I'm ready to trade or buy! This place is great.

I was interested in a Toyota Tundra that was for sale.

I was interested in a Toyota Tundra that was for sale. I was told that they did not have a clear title and could not be sold. I got the Vin # and checked the truck on Carfax. I told the sales person to contact me as soon as the title was available. They sold the truck without contacting me. I was very disappointed!!!

A breath of fresh air on an auto purchase

We had a wonderful experience with Luke on the purchase of our gently used Toyota 4Runner recently. Wonderful communication from the dealership from the time we inquired online about the vehicle. No high pressure sales tactics allowed us to make a very easy decision that it was the right vehicle for us.

Credit Nightmare

Purchased a vehicle in January 2023, traded in my former vehicle when I purchased new one. Fast forward to March 2023 and I received a notification that my credit score dropped and that I had a delinquent account on my credit report. In reviewing I found that it was my other car, the one that I had traded in, the dealership did not pay it off. It was now delinquent with late fees assessed. When I called the dealership the lady I spoke to seemed annoyed that I was upset about this. I asked if they could do anything about my credit report to which she said she doubted. She told me that they would take care of paying off the trade in and see if they could do anything about my credit report (after I asked). I asked that someone contact me once this was done. I did not hear from anyone so I called again the next day. I ask for the same person. She said that she paid the car off after I called. She said that the sales manager was to call and let me know, which he never did. I also ask about my credit report, which she of course said there was nothing that they could do. Again, I felt as though she was annoyed by my call and my concern. This was the 3rd or 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Stuckey and I will not purchase another and will not recommend.
