I had a great experience with Jesse King when I bought my 2022 Subaru Forester Premium on Thursday 8/27. he was very helpful and answered all my questions. We took the car for a test drive and I loved it so we bought it. Wade in finance was also very helpful in getting my car financed to my liking. We were having a problem getting the app set up and Jesse and Shawn the service manager were right on the problem and we got everything set up. The whole team was very friendly and helpful and I look forward to more years with Subaru. Thanks!!

My 2025 Forester Hybrid is awesome. Great deal, wonderful experience. Most people don't know how amazing the team is and how genuinely they care. The past is the past, and there isn't much any of us can do about that. But if you need a Subaru, don't hesitate to stop in and ask for Rebecca; she will make you feel at home and is knowledgeable

Poor customer service, feel like Jessie was lying to us. Told us new wiper blades but when we asked to get the old ones back, “oh guess it wasn’t your car”. Was told the 30k maintenance would be 3-4 hrs, done in 90 mins. Felt it was not a complete maintenance. Did not even fix the error on RAB/eyes site. Told me I just needed a new windshield which I did get a week later but error is still there. Called corporate support….

Rimrock has always accommodated us. They work with our time schedule. They do excellent, timely work.

Appreciate the service we received on our Crosstrek. Subaru is new to us in vehicles and we are liking it

Very pleased with our new Outback Wilderness. Good gas mileage,very comfortable. My husbands wheel chair fit easy in the rear.

All in all it was a good experience! I traded in my Chevy 2500 Diesel and bought a new Ascent We really like the car and Rebecca was a pleasure to work with with Thanks Ross W
