Honestly, it's not what it used to be.

Honestly, it's not what it used to be. Jesse is great! He is the friendly, reassuring face and I appreciate working with him. However, we come from 100 miles away and used to ALWAYS be offered a loaner vehicle (time is precious in completing errands and returning the 100 miles home again). We only got a loaner vehicle this time because we spent nearly $2,000 on regular service work. We specifically needed just one additional piece looked at that was an after-market product installed by Rimrock that was loose. By the time we got home, the loose item had fallen off. I'm wondering what happened to the complimentary car wash with service? It's not a big thing, BUT it's a big thing to me. I have a subscription with a car wash, so I easily run through whenever needed, but it's just an extra touch I think Rimrock should bring back. Stepping back into a washed car with clean floor boards feels pretty good after you've just paid the service bill. Speaking of car wash, like I said, we were granted a loaner because of the extent of work and time our service would require that day, but the loaner was dirtier inside and out, than my own personal car ever is, and I live a regular messy life on a gravel driveway. Rimrock, we are pretty dedicated customers, you could just bring back some simple customer service that you used to offer.

Excellent dealership.

Excellent dealership. Sales personnel are very knowledgeable, and great to work with. Finance department are friendly and efficient. I've had my vehicle serviced many times at Rimrock Subaru and they have always been at the top of their game.

When we decided to buy, I did extensive research and searched online Chev, Toyota and GMC. I decided Subaru had more to offer than the others. We were very lucky to have Rebecca Bandy as our salesperson. I was so confident that I helped another person sell a 2024 to the neighbor across the street.
