I'm reviewing a recent service experience, which took a lot of problem-solving and persistence from the service department to get right. I made several... visits between diagnosis and satisfaction. Every person I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. I got straight through to the right person on the phone. I knew who was in charge of the overall job. I was kept informed of progress. I was treated with respect and my time was valued. The courtesy car was good, my dog was welcome in the service area, which was well-appointed, comfortable and spotless. It was really a pleasure to deal with this company. I used to have terrible experience with Rimrock Kia. This experience could not have been better.

I was disappointed that I didn't get my SUV washed. I drove 260 miles to get my SUV serviced as I had a recall to take care of too. I drove in rain... and I know when it stopped raining but they didn't wash my SUV. They could have at least asked me if I wanted it washed. I thought they were lazy and didn't want to do it and use the excuse that it was raining but it had already stopped before I got to Billings.

Buying a car is usually a painful, long and sometimes an ugly experience. Brady Wagner did his job in a professional and kindhearted manor. The financial... guy was also easy to work with and enjoyable. The sales manager was pushy, obnoxious and overly tight fisted. He could have included the crossbars in the deal, but he wouldn?t. The good work of Brady and the financial guy would cause us to feel good about recommending your dealership to a friend. The sales manager would cause us to tell a friend, all dealerships are the same. I would not recommend this dealer over any other because they are all the same. If you put on like I?m your friend then be my friend all the way through the process.
