Other dealers are better out there

Visited the dealership on 2-16-22 looking to purchase a vehicle, made an offer on a vehicle and the salesperson didn't even make a counteroffer nor did he even speak to a manager about the price. Went to the bank the next day only to have to wait 2 hours for the salesperson to get the bank the info that we requested from him earlier that morning. Picked up the vehicle 2-23-22 and was told that the vehicle had 5 gallons of gas in it and would be contacted in a couple of days to have the vehicle washed. The vehicle had no mileage left on the tank so I drove to a gas station and put 14.3 gallons of gas in a 14.5 gallon tank. Waited until 3-21-22 and put a message online website and was contacted by a salesmanager and i asked to speak to the GM. Still waiting to talk to a GM as of 4-10-22, so I guess my next person to need to talk to is the owner as this is past rediculous. they have wasted my time to even be able to speak to a GM.

Great experience... great team.

Went here to buy our new Mazda CX-5 and we were very happy with the experience! Joe was our sales guy, and he was patient and understanding the whole time. We came away feeling like winners, and we are very happy with the service we received!
