So I got a cash offer from Kelly Blue Book for over 8k...

So I got a cash offer from Kelly Blue Book for over 8k for my car. This was the dealership the site suggested. I got in touch with them and they asked for pictures. They said it should be at least 7500 after the pictures arrived. I asked Marcus if he was sure as it's a two hour drive from my home. Yeah no problem. I get there and they change the offer to 6000. I get that you have a business to run. You made the offer. I made my review of the dealership on Google and got back a polite request to reach out to the GM Jose. I call and leave a voicemail. No response. I update the review and get another response saying hey please reach back out. I call two more times and speak with Marcus and (I believe) Blake. Three calls to talk to you about this and while you're responding publicly the customer service seems to have failed.

We live out of town and wanted to make sure the vehicle...

We live out of town and wanted to make sure the vehicle was "the one" prior to making the drive. We had additional images, information and a credit app all in place before we even made the drive. Once we arrived it was the smoothest process. The car was cleaned up and waiting for us, paperwork was ready to go, and we were on our way!! Huge thank you to Bill, Marcus, and Ray. Smoothest car buying process ever. We will look to your dealership when our family is ready for their next car and will recommend you to those around us.

Made car buying easy!

The lengths your finance department went to in trying to come up with a payment amount that fit as close to our budget as could reasonably be made. All employees were kind and made us feel at ease.

Great Guys; Great Cars, Great Service!

Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and you could tell they genuinely love their jobs, and working with the customers(well most of us.) They didn't try to be deceptive or misleading about anything, and made sure we understood EXACTLY what was going on every step of the way. We spoke with someone at each stage/step of the process; at each level(sales,finance,closing,warranty.) They made SURE when we left we had everything we wanted and that we left HAPPY! We would recommend the guys at this dealership hands down to anyone looking for a new car or truck!

Horse poop service

Never take your vehicle there dishonest. They told me they would take care of the problem that they created and never followed up The Service Manage to top it off.

Getting ripped off

Had Jeep towed in. They were told the problem with the Jeep and they said it was not that instead replaced a pcv valve. Took it back the Monday after it was fixed because it was doing the same thing. Turned out it was what was told to them from another repair shop, me and the Jeep book. Wanted to charged me 308 for part and labor would be free. This is after I paid 30 for part and 215 for labor. I have turned them into BBB.

Life time oil

I was quoted lifetime oil on purchase agreement, but they won't honor it. They told me July 1,2019 that it was a computer error. I realize that I am a old women and they probably dont think we have our full senses. If it is on the purchase order then honor what is printed. Don'tn say later that it is a computer error.

customer Service

Recently leased a Compass and I love it. I was impressed with our experience. We went in just window shopping and because of the selles rep. Mrs. Stephenson working hard we were able to get into the car. She was very polite an went above and beyond to help us. everyone in the showroom were polite and a lot of help. The loan officer went thru everything and it was great. I will and have refered Amanda to others.
